    I stayed at Las Palmas as the tour company I was using booked it for me, it was a little further out of town than I would have booked myself, however it was a lovely stay. I was on the 2nd Floor (the top) which had a huge terrace just down the hall overlooking the eucalyptus forested mountains, tea plantations in the distance, and a lovely little village below. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well equipped with anything you need (except a fridge). The staff are amazing and want to ensure you are well looked after, I forgot to order dinner by the last order and someone came to my room to ask if I was ok or needed something. They also made sure I was well fed and had lots of their amazing Chai Masala whenever I was in the restaurant. The hotel is not 5 star but the service is. If I had to pick a negative it’s, as is common in the area, a lack of nice cold drinks. I would happily recommend this to someone staying in or passing Munnar, the views around the hotel (minutes either side) are for sure some of the most amazing views I have ever seen.     While the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were adequate, this hotel presented a problem in that is far from eateries and the restaurant poor. Our first room was on the third floor, 201, with an interesting view thru a small window but the layout with steps to bathroom and seating made it worrisome for me. As an older client, I was dismayed there was no lift.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
