    Firstly to anybody to reads this please understand I am generally a critic but after staying for a week in the resort with my wife and my dog and interacting with the staff I am giving the most fairest and without prejudice review Property is very beautifully located and maintained Staff is well trained and excellent. In fact from the front office to the room service boys, they all are well mannered and highly soft spoken. Areas they could improve is Breakfast Buffet. Variety is required. Secondly the premium rooms have no heaters ( standers rooms have AC and heaters) but only a AC which the management presumes will heat up the room in the biting cold. In the premium rooms they have a fire place but the catch is that they expect people to pay 500 every time you want wood to be burning. That I found their biggest drawback. They should provide heaters in the room and my sincere suggestion If anybody wants more cosy and romantic fireplace especially honey mooners then as a special service provide wood for the fire place and also charge accordingly , which I would say will be Fair. A special word for the manager Ms.Anjani . She is prolific. Very capable and I guess the soul of that property. Always on her toes from morning to late night, Managing and keeping eagle eyes on every staff. To say she is very accommodating and helpful would be an understatement. One special mention to the owners is that they have a good compassionate heart and hence allow pets to stay. Our stay would not have been blissful and complete without our pet dog Shadow, who we could see thoroughly enjoyed the big and beautiful property .     Me and my wife really enjoyed the stay with LA RI SA Manali beautiful rooms amidst the snowy mountains, hotel is 25km far from Mall Road but believe me its worth staying a bit away for the hustle and bustle of the city, The manager Anjali Thakur gave us very good personalised service, supportive staff, excellent food making very good experience, highly recommended...     Good location. Nice, clean rooms. Tasty food. Very warm-hearted staff. Would love to come back again. Highly recommended. P.S. One day while leaving the resort for some sightseeing during our stay, the guy from the reception came and asked me the approximate time of our return so that he could turn on the heater in our room beforehand in order for us to get a warm room when we come back at night. Loved this thoughtful touch.... More

    Rooms are very good and well maintained with a perfect view, food is also good but my main concern is that your room service takes too long, if we order something then we get the same in 30-40 minutes of time, kindly work on that, rest I will recommend this resort in my friend circle. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
