    I stayed for two nights Reception - Friendly Staff Room - I was booked for Executive Room, this is a big room with ample space to keep your belongings. Has a safe facility. The interior is decent. Bathroom is also pretty decent. the hot water is not exactly hot but the water temperature is sufficient to bath. There is free W-Fi. But please note, username and password will be only for 5 days again you need to renew. It will not work if you come out of the room or hotel. If you want to connect to individual devices you need to ask for different usernames. Food - The in-room rates are high, but has good collection of food varieties. If you need spicy, you need to inform but still they make it sweet. But one good thing for vegetarians is this is a pure veg hotel so you can be rest assured about the food. Presentation of food is excellent, its fresh and warm. Location - Airport and Stations are near by. When you book a cap like uber or ola you need to specify the hotel name then only you can reach. Suggestion(For the amount you take, you need to improve the below):- --Can improve the quality of soaps, shampoos and creams. --Need to improve the buffet breakfast, very less choice of food. --Need to improve the quality of bedding like pillows. For the price you charge you need to provide good pillows and bedding. The bath towels quality to be improved. I hope you would improve the suggestions given. All the Best !!!... More

    Smooth check-in. Very friendly staff across all departments. Rooms are well appointed, very spacious even with 3 adult occupancy. Breakfast buffet adequate. Plus point being Veg only kitchen. Room and dine service at the attached restaurant a good experience. Food was quite tasty. Portions are on the generous side so place order accordingly. Location is great if one has work in the Western suburbs. A bit more attention to quality of the bath related items is recommended.... More

    Overpriced but good amenities

    Have visited Mumbai last week in Feb for Business purpose and stayed in this hotel. We booked the two executive rooms in it. The hotel seems very compact once you enter the lobby and located in Malad West which has good connectivity. After check in we entered the room and found good rooms having all amenities but the only thing about which I have concerns is hotel pricing as it costs RS 4890 for executive room which I personally think is not worth enough (it should cost in the range of RS 3500-4000).   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
