    Comfortable stay in Fort area

    Overall a comfortable stay. Here is a quick snapshot: The good points - 1. A great location just close to the GPO, provided you have work in the Fort area during your visit to Mumbai. 2. Room was just enough in terms of space, a little smaller would have been tight. 3. Service was prompt by the staff. 4. Food quality was tasty. The not so good points: 1. The room had a distinct damp smell when I entered which either went away later or I got used to it. 2. The room had no windows, hence no natural light or air. I missed for former. 3. Limited menu for both in room dining and breakfast. 4. One massive limitation: mobile and data networks in my room were terrible. I am an Airtel user - may be different for other service networks....     Don't choose Superior Rooms

    I start in this hotel regularly and this is one of my favourite hotel to stay in Mumbai on official trips... This time I didn't get deluxe room, so booked Superior room... But couldn't find any difference in Superior and Deluxe... Infact, in room no 211, tiles of room are coming out which may hurt anyone, specially kids... 😳 not working properly in bathroom... And no extra amenities than deluxe room... On complaining about room, reception guy said Superior rooms are bigger and bathroom are better.. But personally, I didn't find any difference in Superior and Deluxe room... More

    Very reasonable hotel in south mumbai with reasonable quality of rooms...Many famous spots like Marine Drive, Colaba, Gate of India are very near....CST station is at walking distance of 1 KM. Hotel is very clean and staff is also very cooperative.... More

    The rooms were surprisingly clean. There were lots of staff and the house-keeping staff was good. The restaurant (buffet breakfast) was better than expected. Not 3 star but not bad. The worst problems were, I lived without wi-fi for 2 days (It just doesn't reach the far corner rooms) and the staffs at the reception are extremely grouchy. I didn't see a single smiling face....     So I stayed in the annex which is around the corner from the main building. About a minutes walk. I had a really nice room. Clean, modern, tidy. I booked through bookings.com and got a delux executive suit for £60 per night. You are a short taxi ride away from Leopolds and all the rest that Colaba has to offer. It's the place to stay if you want to shop and sightsee as opposed to any of the hotels out by the airport. The landmark isn't 5* but it's well priced, central and clean. ... More

The Landmark Hotel is 2 km away from Churchgate Railway Station. It is a budget hotel. It offers complimentary breakfast. Guests can choose from any of 50 rooms. Each room consists of colour television, telephone and refrigerator.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
