    Me and my husband have just returned from a two week stay at the lambada over Xmas and new year. We stayed in room 206 which was on the side of the hotel overlooking the road, this was great for us as kept us entertained each morning whilst having a brew on the balcony. The bedroom was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. It was also topped up with tea, coffee, creamers and free water which was a nice touch. The staff, were do I start? Every one off them is amazing and would do anything for you - they would greet you with a massive smile (kamal, howey & siddesh to name a few). The breakfast was included and had plenty of options. It had cereal, fresh fruit, an egg station, toast and jams and then 5 dishes mostly Indian which changed daily which are all very tasty. The hotel has a pool at the rear of the building, most days only a handful of people used it. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s surrounded with places to eat and drink and the beach only a 10 minute walk. We ate and drank at the hotel quite a few times with no complaints, it has a varied menu and great people watching with it being on the busy Calangute-Baga road. Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the lambada who made it so memorable xxx We are already planning our return trip for next year!!!... More

    We stayed here for 2 weeks in December. We were in room 202 overlooking the pool and it was a lovely quiet room. The gentleman came in every day and cleaned and replenished tea coffee, sugar and water as well as changing the towels and the bedding. Breakfast was good with more than enough choice, I really enjoyed the Indian option but can not resist toast! The chef was on hand if you wanted any eggs of your choice and bacon and ham could be requested if you wanted. The service from everyone at the hotel was second to none and they were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Thank you for a fabulous stay, until we meet again Lambana. You were fabulous.     excellent hotel,good and friendly staff . Buffet breakfast is lay out is good . Rooms are spacious , clean. Housekeeping staff did a very good job. Restaurant staff too are good. All of them always have a smile on the face.. Close to all major attraction. Calangute and Baga beach is walking distance, over all a very good experience. It was like a homely atmosphere All the best to all the ppeople making the place worth staying.... More

Overview

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
