Great view and comfy beds
on Dec 2, 2017
Super comfy beds with big thick warm blankets.
Big clean white rooms, no decoration, little like hospital room but still really nice.
Amazing shower!! So hot and great pressure. Also amazing wifi in our room.
Amazing view over the lake from our bedroom and the roof.
This place was a little more than we would usually pay but we turned up very early in the morning and one of us was very sick, the staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after us. Was a good place to recover.

I tell u it's the cheapest hotel in udaipur with majestic facilities.
I enjoyed the simple silent and serene lakes .its like a hide and seek all over. quite widespread at different angles in boxes. Its centrally located easy to walk n tour . a quick coffee on the terrace with a chill sky gaze boating view..close to it lies gang aur ghat and city palace just 250 m apar walk. the room is average with hot and cold water with clean bedsheets whitewashed. the laundry n breakfast the parcel n courier and lot more. I enjoyed the stay. thanks from nidhi calcutta
living the history
on Oct 18, 2017
if you want to live history, you must visit this hotel. the lake facing rooms have the best views. The insides of the rooms are rustic and give ancient feeling. The viewing deck overlooking the lake pichola next to the rooms used to be our breakfast hangout place. family is always av for your needs. its located in the heart of the tourist district. the steps can be occasionally daunting for old people and very young children.
Best possible budget accomodation in Udaipur near City Palace and Lake Pichola
on Oct 17, 2017
First of all, this hotel is located on the Lake Pichola, adjacent to the boating point, and at the heart of the old city, quite literally at a stone's throw from City Palace as well as Bagore ki Haveli. Hence, it offers excellent panoramic views of the lake (with the iconic Lake Palace) and its surroundings, especially at night and early in the morning. I stayed at one of the "Luxury Heritage" rooms in the older lakeside portion of the hotel and hence could enjoy the best possible views of the lake right from inside my room. The room itself was quite comfortable with modern amenities like A/C and TV. Another great thing about the hotel is that it is a heritage property and most people know it by name, hence there was no difficulty in finding it, even if you are visiting for the first time. Also, it is located in one of the busiest streets, so you may find plenty of options for shopping/eating out/buying essentials, right outside the hotel entrance. My only complaint would be the lack of cleanliness of the rooms and indifferent attitude of the owners of this family-run accommodation (they would probably pay more attention to white-skinned people perhaps). When I checked-in, there was no electricity in my room, bed sheets were dirty and covered with insect droppings, ants were crawling all over the seating arrangements, and the room, in general, was not clean enough. However, as soon as I caught hold of one of the service boys and showed him the state of my room (thankfully the power had come back by then), he immediately changed the bedsheets and cleaned my room graciously. I did not have any food here, so cannot comment on it, but the rooftop eating area does offer some great views.
Comfortable stay ashore Lake Pichola
on Jun 30, 2017
This guest house seemed to be some old small palatial building modeled into a hotel. The hotel has different kinds of room with different rates. We chose a room which offered a great view of Lake Pichola. The hotel has a restaurant. The corridor dining space is very comfortable and one can dine there enjoying the lake and distant hills views.
