    8 couples and kids we stayed here, while booking we were promised check out time 5pm so we booked. We checked in around midnight and man at front desk said 5om is alright to check out, so next day we were touring the city suddenly we get a call and the guy on front desk called us back to hotel and said pls check out by 3 and said i don't care about what the other guy at tbe desk promised you, you have to check out now. He was extremely rude ill mannered person in front of our family. Rooms are too small too. After all drama owner came and showed and said sorry but we still had too empty the rooms and leave the city tour. AVOID THIS PLACE... More

    very ordinary room, furnishing and toiletries. toilet seat spray was not aligned properly. service was poor, it took multiple calls and more than the promised time by reception to handle requests. i had booked into another hotel through travelguru but that hotel did not confirm booking despite travelguru confirmation and travelguru provided this as replacement....     Honestly a bit Disappointed

    I took a room here from Oyo and it stated that its a Premium Property. I was hugely dissapointed when i saw nothing close to Premium for the Price they have charged. The rooms were too small, AC was too noisy. place felt a bit shabby. The bathroom was good with good faucets. The restaurant is not up to the mark and neither is the buffet. Puris were soaked with Oil and gravy too was very oily. Hospitality is not the waiter's forte so its wrong of us to expect kind services. The location is good, thank god they have a domino's around. For the price they charge you will find much better properties around in Ahmadabad.... More

    I traveled to Delhi on first week of the this month and than returned to Ahmedabad, it was late so I preferred to stay at home rather disturbing family to receive me mid night. I stayed night only but felt relaxed in room and get free from all fatigues. OYO Rooms make bench-marking in high standard. will book again in the end of the month before my abroad visit.... More

  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
