    I arrived to the hotel after 1am as my flight was delayed and definitely expected to rest well in the hotel. Everything started with the reception where their machine refused to accept my card (insist on restart the machine and try again as after several days it worked with me). Then I was taken to the room that was horrible: there was no window, there was a door that seemed to be a terrace but in such a horrible state that there was no desire to go there. The glass of that door had no any curtain. Linen on the bed were horribly dirty (were replaced on my request), there was no tv in the room, the fridge looked dirty, bathroom was in a poor condition. To my complaint they said, the room would be changed the next day. I was offered one free meal as a discomfort compensation. In the morning nobody was ready to provide me with another room. When I returned from the beach about midday there still was not any alternative room. After a couple of hours waiting I got another room on the upper floor. The smell in the room was not good as there's no any ventilation in the bathroom at all. The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable, tv, in room safe, tea kettle, writing table, mini fridge and a wardrobe were there. The balcony had a field view with the sea to the side, a coffee table and a couple of chairs. Bathroom was acceptable. There was water leakage from the pot and the staff promised to come and see but didn't. Breakfasts are very bad. They must start late, at 8.30 only but even this time there was nothing ready. They offered porridge or boiled eggs and one Indian meal. Bread, jam and butter, packed tea and coffee. The only fruit served was water melon. Out of 5 days the only tasty breakfast was puri. The pool looks lovely but it doesn't offer any shadow so mainly remained empty. They offer massage service that I must admit to be done well. Make sure to go there wearing undies that you don't feel sorry to throw away after as I didn't manage to safe mine after the oil. The time of cleaning is full day. It means if you happen in the corridor at daytime, you'll have to go along the hills of linen on a slippery dirty wet floor. It's uncomfortable and looks horrible. At check out I was requested to pay the bills tht were not mine. After some investigations I was checked out without any addition payments. The best thing for me was the distance to the beach- very close. This beach side has no any shacks and pretty empty so nobody bothers. Shops are in a walking distance as well.     An Amazing Resort

    Anyone looking for a place to stay in Morjim,do yourself a favour & stay at this great resort. Being a single lady,I stayed at La Valencia for 4 wonderful nights,at all times felt very safe. I had a bottom floor room over looking the pool,great balcony to sit on & enjoy a few beers. The room was very spacious,clean,ac,was available but I only used the fan,as the room itself was always cool. The best bed that I have slept on in India,& I have slept on many. Wifi was perfect.The meals in the restaurant,although a little higher in price,was so very tasty & also a good size,so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were all very attentive,it is so nice to actually have a staff member to say good morning to you. The two brothers that run this resort are really friendly,& always up for a chat,& also very helpful with anything that I asked them. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away,which was also very handy. So like I said,do yourself a favour,you cannot go wrong by staying at La Vaienca.... More

    Overall experience was good but after some struggled!!

    1) Rooms were excellent and large. 2) The bed was good with comfortable mattress. 3) Interiors and lights are good in both rooms. 4) AC was excellent and powerful - Chilling both rooms in few minutes in even summer. No more complained for AC till check-out time. 5) Overall room was comfortable and with live atmosphere with private sit-out balcony. General Feedback about the Property: 1) Pool was excellent and clean including children pool. 2) Restaurant is good and food was also good (Proper Indian Test). 3) Bar was good with reasonable price. But they not informed me about happy hours and other offers. :) 4) Parking was sufficient space. 5) Beach is near by about 300 Mtr. Advice to owner/management - If they know/aware that AC is not working/Power cutoff problem then they should not provide those rooms to customers. Else overall staying experience was good!! Loved this resort...... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
