    There cannot be anything worst that this. The photos show a swanky hotel, but the reality is just the opposite. From the moment you enter to the room and other facilities that do not exist, it is all awful. To start with there was now one at the reception, the hotel was short on staff, the lifts would not work and our room was on the 4th floor. There was no power in the rooms for a long time due to some internal issue,. There was no hot water, once we did get some hot water the heater busted. The pool was filthily as was the entire 4th floor (with food wrappers, bed sheets and pillows). I can go on but it was basically crap! ... More

    Good hotel in jaipur with a nice view

    We stayed there and found hotel very good. Its location is on Delhi Jaipur highway so really fantastic view from window. Food is nice but need to place order in advance. Room are very large with large window for a beautiful view of hills and highway. Staff behaviour and service was excellent. Water in bathroom tap is salty otherwise found no problem with our staying there . Just loved the stay there . ... More

    Very bad hotel... rooms are bad.. they don't even serve cold drinks... half of the menu items are not available.. food is very bad... no taste.. swimming pool has dirty water.. even tap water is salty.. I can't even take a nice refreshing bath... DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL.. NOT WORTH A PRICE AT ALL........ More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
