    I’m surprised how this hotel had got 4 star on trip advisor, I blindly follow trip advisor for ages and this was the worst ever hotel I stayed. The location is through a narrow alley and you will waste time spotting and navigating here. The reception had not got our booking done through Agoda 2 weeks back and after haggling got rooms which are so dirty, you need to add 10 more adjectives to dirty to get real picture. Later we were given new rooms which were freshly painted on one side of the wall adding to paint odour. Rest of the other rooms were dirty. The building is old and poorly maintained, so it’s not just possible for them to clean when the guest arrives. Geyser takes 45 mins so you need to be patient and it has no indication of whether it’s on or off. No holders in bath to hang dresses. Of the 4 rooms allotted for my family, mine did not have bucket, mug in bathroom and the hand shower was not working, towels missing and another round of crib with reception to sort these. Only good thing was breakfast was fine. If you still want to book here and stay , welcome ruin your holiday!... More

    It's very nice place to stay and all staff is very co operative. At the top of reception restaurant is here and verity of food is available . Nice food they will provide and restartunt staff also very nice. Must visit when you 'll be in ooty.... More

    Ooty is a beautiful place. We enjoyed the place very much. And the hotel where we were was good.The hospitality is warm and polite. The service given by hasmat ali is also very polite and respected.overall it is good enough but at last one point I can say is that u can give Hindi and English channels in the TV. Coz all type of customers come in your hotel. So plz take care of it. Thank you. ... More

La Flora Amberley Resort spread across 4 acres of land with lush green lawn is a tranquil spot. It is located just 3 km from the Ooty Lake and 3 km from the Ooty market. The hotel provides currency exchange. All the 80 rooms designed with wall paper are spacious and equipped with a satellite television, telephone and a safe deposit box. There is also an in-house restaurant. Equipped with lift, this eco-friendly resort in Ooty has secure car parking facility and offers laundry and dry cleaning service, doctor on call and car rental facility. Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
