    Good ambience spacious but no hospitality

    I stayed here with three of my friends in a holiday trip...We booked two sharing rooms for five nights giving them business of nearly 20 thousand..Breakfast wifi was free and pool was also amazing.Rooms were also good..Overall structure ambience was also good and spacious with fine food.Baga beach ,Morjim beach, Chapora fort,Vagator beach were just 30 mins drive from here...Dudhsagar waterfalls was 2 hours journey via car...Panjim was also nearly above 1 hr from here.....It was situated at well connected route to all the popular hubs....Private cabs with driver is a difficult thing to find here at late night for patries..No ola uber or other good cab facilities in Siolim....Its better to rent a car or scooty on ur own with extra petrol charges.....Dominos,Atm,petrol pumps other eating hubs were very near including other provisional stores for visitors....Morjim beach was nearest from here around 8km...What is lacking here was hospitality by associates..The hotel was not busy at all and hardly four rooms were occupied...Associates were not proactive in treating their guest as per hospitality standards...I remember on 3 April we entered hotel early at 9 am ...12 noon was check in we knew it but we were exhausted as we had early morning flight from New Delhi..I was astonished by the behavioural pattern of receptionist...He did not even greet us and we were sitting in their lobby with no fans..We were not even asked for water as courtesy of hospitality as we were their long staying guests...Behaviour was ignorant...It was us who asked for cold drinks, fans and request them for early check in as we were fully tired...No concern at all as if we came there for free..We already did online advanced payment for rooms and were paying miscellaneous charges directly to them...As we started staying there even other guests started greeting us with a smile....But no change in associates nature in terms greeting good morning or namsatey...Even we were showing those traits of hospitality being guests...They all were very lethargic and deeply involved in their own space least interested to do their job....We had to ask for things as some traits can be shown proactively...Even during our last day two receptionist were there..None of them greeted us adieu which was quite disappointing..Even i went to shook hands and greeted them..No smiling faces.This hotel can raise standards of repeat business if extension of services can be done through goodtouch of human nature which was lacking a lot...Hotels of such beautiful places should be like just home so that everyone feels like to comebackand associates play vital role in this...Staff needs to be trained and groomed with hospitality standards so that we can have memorable stay nd would look forward to comeback......     Full of pleasent surprises and changes

    I stayed here last year too but could hardly recognise it this time around, fair to say I was pleasently surprised. Very good standard of upkeep, pool is well maintained to pristine levels. Changes are visible from the ground up. Staff is very helpful and level of service was to my satisfaction. The reception and front office staff are most prompt in service and also gave all relevant info, no problem of conveyance either as you have an array of choices with all types of bikes available, even taxi services are quite fast tracked and rates being very resonable compared to the daylight robbery which taxis in goa indulge in ! Rooms are very nearly kept and cleaned on a daily basis....overall a very pleasent stay and I look forward to another wonderful stay here next year!... More

    Overall a very nice well maintained property of siolim area, mostly visited by foreigners. Good service, decent pricing, lovely experience. Surely I will check in again. Clean rooms with big led tv's, bathrooms are also very big and clean. Opt for a pool facing room. ... More

    One of Best Place to Stay In !

    We had stayed here around 1st week of december and our entire stay was memorable . We got a check-in at 4AM and that you instantly by a call to Sunny Chopra the owner , hassle free check-in. The hospitality of the entire staff was great, though its not a great resort to live in still a peaceful and budget resort. Thanks to Sunny , the cook, the guard for our memorable stay :)... More

    Bad Experience

    We had a very bad experience in this hotel, first of all it doesn't look like the pictures show...much older outside, swimming pool was dirty in high season, the garden looks...dead!!The room was clean, but noisy and the window was nearly broken in my hands. The staff was horrible, not helpful at all and they charged more than we were supposed to pay for the reservation. Plus it was pricy and difficult to find since the geolocalisation on the site wasn't accurate (more than 2 km away). You can find much better... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 11 AM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
