    It was pleasant stay late checkin clean room small hotel but maintained, unfortunately I got sick not like a normal sick very high fever n took a medicine n I slept next day morning again fever so need to go hospital n they admitted in hospital. we booked 2 night room but couldn't be able to stay 1 more night coz of hospitalised but our luggage still there they kept safely thanks!!!...     Last year I have stayed in this hotel .This year we went on 26th March 2017 along with my wife and friends up to 30th March. This time I have observed their services has become more good and many days I had started taking dinner in the same hotel. Morning breakfast is free which is good and menu changes every day also what u want u can oreder also It was very peaceful so all the days swimming pool we were able to use. This pool is very good for children to swim and play... More

    My experience from checkin and checkout ....was awesome....the staff were good.helpful....very professional.....the food was awesome from breakfast ,lunch and dinner...awesome ....5 star experience in a 4 star property.......the rooms were very clean..the ambience ...was good..very well maintained rooms....i booked a premium room...with terrace and copper bathtub....awesome experience .....good job guys...keep up the good work......however the only drawback is that i wanted to book executive however there executive category rooms are not listed in any other travel partners website...!!!you have to actually make those rooms available on the travel partners webstie as well..so that we can book,,even when though this category room are open only in nov to may month ..still people not able to book those rooms in other wbsite...otherwise overall experience was awesome.... More

    The room itself is good here. But everything else is bad. The internet never seems to work, esp in the room. The hot water didn't work part of the time in the bathroom. And the hotel itself despite advertising itself as near the beach is hardly that. It's only close to a private beach that you may not be able to access (by Cidade de Goa). It's an ugly walk to the rest of Dona Paula. So some important elements need to be upgraded given the relatively expensive price charged here.... More

    We were there on 25th of nov, and we enjoyed our sty's to the level best. Located near to miramar beach into the beautiful location, very quite and peaceful place, so location is quite good and well connected. Rooms hold your eyes, well crafted adding best of interior. People were friendly over all feel good while accessing swimming pool or lobby. Few concern: Visitor are not allowed in room's, being self hospitality graduate could not digest, as person came to meet at 9 clock in morning. After insist receptionist sent for 10 mins. I could expect if its high time..but in day time..... Second, Veg breakfast & that's to GOA........ More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
