    very excellent place for leisure . the view of the mountain , lawn , breakfast , everything was good . rooms are small but very clean and tidy . breakfast served south Indian but very tasty . drinking water is very good because this is the first time i took cumin water . in dinner more variety is necessary .over all superb ....     Today 15.05.2016 at 1.30pm we are standing in the road, Think twice before booking this hotel, they won't give you room as per the commitment, may be due to peak season and for higher rent. I booked this hotel through Makemytrip in the month of January itself, the payment was made and the confirmation was given by Makemytrip for the booking on 15.05.2016, 4 days before (11.05.2016) also confirmation mail was sent by Makemytrip to me,(Confirmation voucher attached) I thought everything was fine and reached Ooty and called this hotel to find the location and shocked to here that all the rooms are full and we can't give you room, without even checking the register, and he told, we haven't given conformation to Makemytrip and we haven't received payment from Makemytrip, then I called Makemytrip and they said payment was made longtime back and we will speak to the hotelier and revert back in few minutes, after and hour a call came from Makemytrip and he told that, sorry sir the hotelier is not ready to give room and we will refund the amount. We are searching for the room, till now (4.40pm) we haven't got the room, with Gods grace we will get the room, don't put yourself in this situation by booking this hotel. Happy travelling ...     We stayed at this place from April 2nd to 5th 2016. Had booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids and were provided with bed for 4 with a hall, a bedroom and a clean bathroom. There were 2 television sets, thought the reception quality of the channels was very poor. If you are looking for some alternate stay then this is the place. 2 km away from the city center on a hill, this place is quite spacious and tidy. Food will be a major issue, since one has to drive to the city. They provide food on request. We liked the breakfast and dinner. It was a very homely feeling. Lunch we had outside.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
