    Pathetic Poor and disgusting hotel!!

    I had booked hotel in goa from 5th April-8th april 2016 in Kris Resort Calungute bus stand, before checking in i got message that since the hotel is running full check in will be done at 12pm as i reached early by 8.30 am because my train reached early, so i went to hotel directly and they told me that they will give me room by 12 which was ok we waited there for 2.5 hrs in there lobby and breakfast was going on i asked that wether we can get a cup of tea, they just denied they said since we have booked through online nothing can be done if i wud have directly booked hotel from them they wud have considered giving me tea, they dint even asked for glass of water, this shows they were least interested as we have booked online, which was very disappointing anyways we got room by 11.30am we entered the room and by standards of oyo room it was pathetic the walls were dented ac was very old the knobs of ac were not working fridge was non functional, we used the washroom and to my disappointment it had water logging problem lot of water from drainage was coming out, tv was good but the reception of channels were pathetic. Second day in the morning we went for breakfast and there also we were annoyed they had 3 tables with 2 chefin dishes each but only first 2 chefin dishes had food and that too only veg pakoda and chutney will attach all the snaps and on one end they had bread and butter and tea coffee, next day they had paratha and dahi only this is not the kind of breakfast we were expecting atleast they cud have given something filling. Even the swimming pool had dirty water the resting seats were all torn. You have mentioned free wifi which was only available in there reception lobby not in the rooms so if u want to mail some important documents you have to come down to lobby for that!!! We hired scooty from them at 300 per day when i started the scooty it dint had petrol i appreciated that the satff gave me 100 bucks for filling the petrol but the next day when i returned the scooty it had less petrol and the hotel reception guy named vikas started fighting wid me that i have to give money for the petrol now he created a scene as he was drunk and to my horror the hotel owner named sagar supportrd that drunk guy and when i told him i will give negative feedback he said no problem he dint care, I mean this was horrible that same night i ordered dinner from there restaurant but they dint provided me dinner too such was the experience.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
