    I had booked this room after getting good review from a friend for their Kalyaninagar property. It was my first visit to Pune and when offered I picked this location as suggested by the 'friendly' hotel manager. I arrive in early evening- 4 pm via a rented car from Bombay and cannot obviously find the place- because- guess what there is no magnus service apartments there. Eventually a caretaker comes running and guides us to a block of residential apartments whose watchman also has no clue there is magnus apartment inside. I have booked a single room for 2 nights and what i get is a single bed room of a @BHK apartment which is on sharing basis -- there is absolutely no mention of this 'sharing' on their site. The second bedroom is already being used by someone who is there for an extended stay- so the kitchen is full of her stuff and fridge full of non-veg food,etc ( btw we are pure vegetarians) I try to change a room - but the service desk and the friendly manager are extremely unhelpful on the phone and then not reachable. finally I concede because it is only for 2 days and I have already let go of my transport and our luggage is also hauled up the 2nd floor. but the terror does not end there- the room is full of mosquitoes- probably not cleaned in long time, wifi not working, the towels are not available as -its monsoon season and the laundry person has not returned and the iron does not work. and last but not the least- the bathroom sink is blocked. I try calling again to change the location - but what they are offering is more expensive and atleast 5 km away with no transport provided from their side. I have a meeting at 7 pm and i have no time to wait for their front desk which by the way changes the manager every 30 min so everytime that you call- you have to repeat your whole story and he/ she promises to call back in 5 min ( which never happens) and then goes off duty when you call again. Btw, the booking was online and because there is no proper front desk on the residential property, they expect you to handover your original id cards ( passport, aadhar card) to the not- uniformed caretaker who will supposedly take it to their office personally to do the booking then return back to you. Anyways , we stay the night there and I call at 10 pm to tell them to get my bill ready as I would like to check out the next day at 8 am. There is no discount for their lack of amenities. Next day morning , the same caretaker comes but without the bill as the front desk opens at 10 am? so I am to pay him in cash and they would send the soft copy of my bill on my mail by 10.30am. I was naive to do the full payment and after multiple calls and mails, I am yet to receive( 7 weeks today) any sort of bill/ receipt for my payment.     Cosy Service Apartments at Koregaon Park

    An inpromptu drive from Mumbai to Pune & we got to know about this service apartment after a sumptuous breakfast at Terttulia. We got a nice deal from goibibo & checked in to our rooms. Was told that Magnus have bought some 10 odd flats in Sharan Hermitage & each apartment is done up well & maintained well too. You would not regret staying here at this cost.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
