    The erstwhile palace of Maharaja of Patna, is victorian in style and seems to have stood the test of time. The rooms, the dining hall, the pool room etc exude the royal aura. The food is average and avoidable. Service during day time is satisfactory. The lawn and the flora and fauna are excellent. Overall a great place. Wish the service and food could match up... More

    We had clean and comfortable rooms during our stay in August. We ended up using all three types of rooms during our stay. The vintage cottage is the best and is worth the extra money - Cozy rooms, nice furniture with room heater within the room. Classic cottages are good too. Avoid rustic cottage, as the rooms are very tiny. the staff were friendly and helpful. A good consideration for family and couples too.... More

    This hotel sits on a quaint hilltop amidst the heart of Ooty city centre yet away from the overly crowded hustle & bustle in streets of Ooty. Kluney Manor came as a pleasant surprise as i zeroed down on a mid-range budget hotel for our family stay in Ooty. The first good thing i have to tell is we reached post lunch hour almost in the evening & were left very hungry after long hours of travel.. so we had no option but to order some food.. initially we were apprehensive about placing food order or whether they would entertain us at this odd evening hours at all but they were surprisingly courteous enough to take down our orders politely without being rude.(P.S. Morning buffet spread is complimentary). As far as quality of food is concerned it was pretty good! Apart from this the hotel as beautifully manicured lawns & variety of colourful orchids hard to find anywhere else in India & the chill in weather was adding to all the beauty. For those who are driving their cars can get a parking within the hotel premises.. also not to forget the hotel has an old world charm of itโ€™s own with spacious rooms designed to make your stay a memorable one.. hope you have a great stay as well!...     Beautiful mystic room and lawn takes you back to ages. Staff is very friendly and best part is room service and quality of food. Considering the pricing and amenities on board it's a must go resort if you're looking to have some relaxing time. Just sit down under sun in the day or walk with cool breeze under moon light.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
