    rooms situated on the roadside tend need better filtering of traffic noise. facilities inside room are good; provision of electric kettle would be nicer. Ac worked fine and bathroom is well maintained. room service quality is inconsistent at times. Location is excellent for Tidel Park/ Ramanujam IT city related business. Better road access to main entrance for moving unloaded luggage from cabs is required.... More

    Unlike some of the reviews I’ve read here, I think the hotel was average at best, with basic facilities and for 2 grands per night, plus taxes, I bet you can find a better hotel in Chennai. Cleanliness was questionable, no room cleaning till you ask for it, toiletries were bare minimum, towels seem dirty (one of mine was even torn) and bedding and room condition was below par too. The only silver lining I thought at the rate I paid was the South Indian breakfast in the morning, which was scrumptious.... More

    Chose to stay here as it is close to my office. My stay was rather short as I had a flight to catch the next day and I checked in late in the evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable,Wifi was working properly and bathroom was hygienic. I did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on it. Just make sure your room is not towards the road as there is a lot of honking in the junction below which will keep you awake till late in the night.... More

    Was staying in overnight in the place as it's close to the beach so that my family could enjoy the short visit. The rooms are pretty well kept and the staff are very presentable and quick on any requirement u have. The place is good except that there is no room for drivers so that they r a little comfortable after long drives in the city. Will surely stay again in the place on my next visit also.... More

    I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in the month of Jan 2017, they don't provide discount, rooms are clean but they don't provide toiletry, no complementary water bottle for each day, hotel is good and clean but laundry service is worst, I gave my cloths for laundry which they lost and in compensation were providing me 1000 rupees discount where my cloths were costing more than 6000 Rs. And said can't do better than that, which was the most ridiculous sentence one can say, I would warn every one who stays kindly by mistake also do not give ur laundry, or else have extra clothing and forget about ur laundry given... Worst experience ever had.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
