    Looks like I would be one of the apt person to review the property. I have stayed there for 8 months and altogether it was a good experience. People have mixed view on the property because of their expectations. To put it straight, this is a budget hotel, not a luxury one. And the amenities, service and food are pretty great compared to many hotels in the locality. CheckIn - Checkout Experience : Mostly it has been seamless for me. (be vigilant not to get bounced which goes for a toss) Room service : 5/5 Cleanliness : Didn't have to worry about cleanliness of the room at any point. Room size : Medium, but is good enough to accommodate two people. Food : Buffet breakfast and dinner are pretty decent. Over the tenure of 8 months, I have had not good experience as well, but only at negligible times comparing the overall experience. Staff behaviour : 5/5. Pick up - Drop off : Good. They have a cab and somehow they manages it. But is advised to leave buffer time for your schedules. Business centre : Wondered many times why they maintain it. Frankly, It is useless. I would leave a special note to front office and restaurant staff including chief chef (yeah, they too jumped in at times) for their great service.... More

    Wow, hospitality at its best. Customer oriented place. I can say that I had zero issues during my stay. Everything was made available with such ease. Most importantly, there was no language barrier (including the attendants knew common language). Awesome experience. I recommend this to people to stay here only, if they are visiting any nearby places. Good Job guys. Hats off to you :)... More

    Having lived in Chennai and then relocated to US , we are quite familiar with the city. Our preference is always to stay close to Besant Nagar / Thiruvanmiyur as our friends, and other errands are located close by. Keys Hotel is perfect from that point of view, the location is great - its walking distance from main road and very close to Besant Nagar and Valmiki Nagar. We are also huge fans of the staff - each of them take great care to ensure the experience is excellent. Special mention for Lancy and the staff from the restaurant and bar. Very kind, polite and helpful. I will definitely stay in Keys when I visit again - and highly recommend the same to others!!... More

In close proximity to the Tidal Park, this contemporary stay option at Kalakshetra Road maintains 26 elegantly and self contained rooms, which include 3 women's secure rooms and a room for the physically challenged, specially designed on the 1st floor of the facility. The hotel offers a scrumptious and wholesome breakfast between 7a.m and 10.30a.m and lunch is between 12noon and 3pm and dinner between 7pm and 11pm. Guests can also unwind at the Unlock, a resto-bar, which offers an array of mock-tails.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
