    Location is Good as it is in the heart of the City. Room facility is average. Cost is within the budget. The staff is courteous. The bathroom facilities are also just average. It was a visit with my wife. The best is the location the least liking is bathroom.... More

    I planned to visit Goa along with my childhood friend with our families from 24/12/12 to 27/12/12.The pick hour of the hotel industry business of course caused a tension for me for suiting our budget. There was a friend in Vasco (Goa) who insisted to avoid hotel booking. Still I booked the great hotel- Keni's -two double bed rooms with a luxurious facilities on 1st floor with a reasonable rate which was out of my dream. The feeling that on pick time it will be very high but really honesty in business proved by the hotel. It will be injustice if I don"t express the behavior of the reception team and the management team who came across during our stay, Marketing facility(in the market hub) hub cleanness, maintaining silence and over all- the Location of the hotel in Panaji, really again attracting me to avail the same hospitality this year also.So, above business if hotel industry have something then hotel Keni's have capability to offer the same to customers. The non forgettable memory of our Goa stay utter a word " Jai Hotel Kenis."... More

    The hotel is in city centre, and we stayed for 2 days there. The first impression was it a shopping complex or a hotel because the ground floor has number of shopping establishments plus hotel reception counter. It felt like check-in into a guest house rather than into a hotel...After check-in we had to upgrade to AC room because the non-AC rooms were not to the standards of an average traveller - particularly beds felt like sleeping on granite slabs and the bathrooms were not clean. AC rooms were somewhat better but we found red ants running inside the large photo frame just above our beds in the AC room (we braced for ant attack while sleeping). The beds were better here but we had to keep demanding more and more from the lone attender, and somehow managed to make ourselves comfortable during our stay. As the hotel was centrally located, they served no food; not even coffee... but there's choice of restaurants around to explore. The reception was helpful in arranging sightseeing requirements and other general information. Overall we would recommend only AC rooms in this hotel.... More

Kenis Hotel provides accommodation in Goa near the Immaculate Conception Church (0.5 km). It is easy to reach from the Panjim Bus Stand (2 km). The hotel makes provision for luggage storage and has an efficient front desk. Spread across 3 floors, this hotel has 38 AC and non-AC rooms with private baths. The in-room amenities include a cupboard, work desk, cable TV, and hot and cold water supply. This budget hotel in Goa extends room service, and provides laundry and doctor-on-call services. The hotel is also accessible from the Thivim Railway Station (23 km). It arranges transportation to and from the Goa International Airport (27 km). The tourist spots in the hotel vicinity include the Miramar Beach (4 km), Dona Paula (6 km), and Aguada Fort (16 km).

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
