    Place is nice and the location is good. The resort is just a short walk from the beach. The Villa is nice and full with stuff you need. The pool is clean and nice too. The mini theater and the kids activity club is an attraction! ... More

    So many visits to Goa were loosing count Really can't fault any thing about the place other than I don't want to leave The staff are amazing every time with old faces and new I will admit some of the rooms are a little tired but it's not such an issue as long as I have a clean bed (thank you Joe) air con and a shower and this was all provided with a lovely room over looking bar and pool love chatting with the staff and meeting same guest on return visits Nothing is to much trouble in the hotel staff are always more than happy to sort any issues Food is amazing ate in lots different places very delicious and affordable Helping with local orphanage and GoaGPRS dog shelter makes my holiday complete Roll on the next visit xxx... More

    Amazing stay but Far from everything

    We were group of five people, we took one bedroom apartment which was really good and comfortable.Kitchen was fully equipped with gas, toaster and all type of utensils. We enjoyed our cooking sessions there it felt like home.The room also have a huge balcony too. Best thing was that there is a shop inside the resort premises which is very affordable actually no extra price everything on MRP and had everything from vegetables to masalas,oil etc. The thing we enjoyed the most was swimming pool. they have three swimming pool one is Jacuzzi which was fun. Main swimming pool has bar which serves nice cocktails & yummy snacks.Good activity area. The only problem we faced was it was very very far from airport , very far from railway station and north Goa. big Monopoly of cabs and hotel. they will not let you hire from outside you have to take their cab and which more expensive. just one place to hire cars and that person was also very rude....     Time share presentations everywhere, run down property

    This is a well located property near the 'Goan village' with fun restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and comfortable. There service is also positive, albeit a bit slow. But there are a couple of things you need to know: 1) this property is very old. They have renovated a part of the property to attract new time share customers, but the essence of the property is still old and in desperate need of overhaul. 2) the objective of this property is to sell time share. At any given time, you see smart slick salesmen smooth talking, trying to sell time share. This is the first resort I've been to where the selling/ tours are in the same place where guests hang out. 3) the fancy cars at the reception with the big Karma logos are for show, and not for hotel guests. They're only for managers of the hotel. Guests park their cars outside. I've never seen this before- hotel staff cars park in the porch and guests park on the road. The reason for this is probably too give an illusion that this is a hotel with Rich cars like 5-star hotels, so that they can sell more time share Overall, if you can look beyond the very obvious money-mindedness and used-car-sales, the resort is actually a pleasant place to be. Overview

Karma Royal Haathi Mahal is located a short walk from the beautiful Cavelossim Beach in Salcette. It features a large swimming pool, spa and gym. The hotel is bordered by the Sal River on one side and the expansive Arabian Sea on another.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
