    Pics are misleading !!

    We recently visited this property and we had booked it via booking.com. As per the pics shown of the room and according to the given discription our room included a large living area, well equippped kitchen and a bedroom. Now we generally dont stay anywhere thats below 4 stars but this one was a sacrifice made for my small child for whom i intended to cook in that kitchen. We reched this place at 11pm and we wree given this small room which had the dirtiest bed sheets.when i wanted use the kitchen for my baby i was told that my booking doesnt inclue a kitchen. Also to our surprise we were supposed to share the living area with other stranger couple who were staying in the very next room ! We got a shock of our life as the info on the website did not mention anything about sharing. Finally after demanding multiple time we got to use the kitchen which was absolutely filthy and not cleant for days. The sink even had dirty dishes in it. The lights went off in the middle and there was no back up generator. Anyway we slept through the night with great difficulty and the next day just left this place. We got to speak to the owner who is a humble soul and he tried to convince us to stay but i guess we were just done with this place.... More

    The service was up to the mark along with great hospitality. The room was clean and well kept. The location is centrally located. It has a great balcony and mountain view. The breakfast offered was a fulfilling one. A great place for a lonely traveller or families. The spectacular view of the mountains brings a feeling of bliss and tranquility.... More

    Found location very nice on hill top overlooking valley, hills & deodar forests ...with fresh air around..food was excellent , staff always courteous and on call..worth place enjoy holidaying...peaceful serene and tranquil atmosphere ..love to visit again and again.......rooms are hygienically clean n dust free ...location best for who want to be with nature n to have peaceful environment away from crowds...room service on call... ventured into the hotel without any advance booking as viewed in booking.com website...... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
