    The place is a nightmare ! Had to shift to another hotel ASAP and ask for refund of the total amount paid. The bed linen and the pillows were so very dirty, the blankets smelt musty, the wall paint was chipped off in chunks, the tiny geyser gave only a mug of hot water at a time and there were simply millions of mosquitoes which not only feasted on us but popped into our mouths if we opened them and also flowed out of the taps!! We couldn't rinse our mouths without swallowing a couple of them! I could go on ad infinitum but I'd really like to forget the whole experience. But thank God for MMT who apologized profusely and very graciously refunded the amount paid.... More

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEN EVER

    Not run by any professional, it's in the hand of local goons. Room service waiter was ready to fight with me in front of me and General manager Rahul was helpless and not in a position to say anything. it's my humble advice to all the travelers not to stop here for stay, travel 14-15 km more and stay somewhere in Dunlop or in Howrah, but think of stay here....     Average hotel, small rooms, good room service, quality of food is ok but very limited and no continental food is available. very limited options for breakfast, very bad laundry service none of my white clothes are white now because of hard water or poor quality detergents used by laundryman, laundry service is outsourced. Very difficult to reach from Kolkata city specially in evenings or in late night. No radio taxi service from/to Kolkata. Adjacent locality is very bad, nobody can think of staying here with family.... More

    Best Hotel in a Distant suburb of Kolkotta with good quality room n excellent room service and veg / Non veg food available and travel desk for pick up or drop facility.The hotel is advisable for people having work on this side of city as many Taxi drivers do not know this place as it is on the Delhi Highway and not advisable for people with family due to bad locality but good security at the hotel and safe rooms... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
