Leaves a bit to be desired

The hotel by itself is quite nice, although i found the attitude of the staff slightly (and i mean very slightly) towards the less than welcoming side.
The restaurant is quite nice though.
Recommended if you already have business in Jasola area.

This place is about .5 km from Indraprastha Apollo hospital and just served our purpose as we went there to visit someone. The Premium room was decent and equipped with all necessities. Staff is limited so they take some time to serve requests. The breakfast was average. With so many options to stay nearby,I personally feel that the hotel is bit overpriced. We were having our 1.5 year old kid with us and I must say that this place is not very kid friendly.Overall it is an average place to stay.

This place is great for hosting birthday parties and family functions. I loved the food here and good staff. I also like the concept of terrace garden like they have and the quality of rooms that they have.

I attended a family function there. The hotel has nice ambiance and moreover awesome food. Loved it. Being a vegetarian it is really hard to find good banquet hall with great food but this place is totally worth it.

Kaisons Inn is very close to the Apollo Hospital where my friend had surgery. The rooms we were allocated were clean, comfortable and modern. The staff at reception spoke good English and were very accommodating. Sometimes, when dealing with the housekeeping staff, things got mixed up in translation, but they were always keen to help.
There was always plenty of hot water for showers, complimentary bottled water [which was replenished each day] and clean linen daily. We were offered a lovely room at the front with views of the street, but as we wanted 2 single beds, we were allocated one at the rear with no views. This was of no consequence to us. We were happy with our room.
On the 5th floor is a well equipped patio where you can sit and enjoy the outdoors and just hear the frantic traffic below, without the danger of being run over.
The Restaurant on site is vegetarian but the meals were delicious. Our booking came with breakfast included and they had western style breakfasts, with interesting Indian type selections. Again, many of these were very appetising and each day was a new gourmet adventure! The staff were always very generous and we never left breakfast empty handed but were given ‘take aways' to keep us going through the day.
I would recommend Kaison’s Inn to anyone who was planning to come to India. We were there for the Apollo Hospital, not sight seeing, so I am not sure if it is close to the tourist destinations. However if you want to be close to the Hospital, this is your best option and one recommended by the hospital.
Be wary of taxi drivers wanting you to take you anywhere. I recommend that you ask your Hotel staff to book taxi’s. There were many places where I was totally ripped off. Even places where the prices are marked [Dominoes and ice cream shop]...they will jump a few dollars when they see a non resident walking in. Kaisons Inn was great, but I have no desire to return to India.
