    5 Star Hotel with Airplane Heavy Noise

    This hotel was pretty impressive aesthetically. It is well staffed and they are trained very well. We reserved the executive suite and it was well worth it. The room was stunning and the executive lounge was amongst the best I’ve experienced worldwide. The afternoon canapés were actual meal. They offered tenderloin, chicken and mutton dishes. The drinks were also complimentary from 6-9pm. We were very satisfied, specially after a 20 hour flight. The only bad experience we had was with the porter. We called 2x and after waiting 25 mins, we decided to take it ourself. The manager noticed we are carrying our own bags and asked to help. I advised him of he issue and he was very apologetic. He offered complimentary transfer to the airport, but we had a driver already waiting. I became very irritated when I saw all the porters standing around in the lobby. Another negative aspect was the proximity of the property to the runway. My wife thought it was an earthquake. This and the porter experience are the only reason why I am deducting one star. I’d definitely recommend this property for a refreshing one night stay. BTW try the spa, the leg massage was amazing after the long flight! ... More

    Good Hospitality, Friendly staffs, Excellent food, Well maintained rooms.... I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Delhi but comparing to all, the staffs were well trained and they (JW Marriott) means "Excellent Hospitality".     The property is very good with all amenities which one would look for in a JW. Staff was very courteous and welcoming for all the services. The Executive lounge was exceptional with great ambience and fantastic variety of snacks and drinks. The staff at the Executive lounge was great and ensured we had a great evening, would like to mention Mr. Akshay Rastogi who made sure we try all the best things in offer and ensured we have a great experience. The breakfast at K3 was extensive and had almost everything one would want for at the start of the day. Would recommend to visit the property and I would definitely want to come back.... More

    Online checkin at Marriott hotels is a big help the room was big with huge bath rooms. Lobby was a bit crowded and the place is far from the city center but perfect for early morning flights as 2 minutes from the airport a small pool area has a beautiful seating arrangement which is perfect for a romantic evening.... Overview

JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity is a popular 5 star luxury hotel located barely 200 meters from Aerocity. The hotel has seven on-site restaurants serving multi cuisine including Japanese cuisine with a Korean twist. This spectacular 6 floored luxury hotel has 240 rooms and each room is fully furnished with amenities like 24-hour room service, television, wireless internet access (600 INR for 24 Hours), tea/coffee maker, minibar, microwave and many such comforts.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
