    Don't ever think to go here..first thing I booked room at Valentine's retreat and last time they called and said renovation work r goin we can't can not provide u room at time so that we will give u other accommodation near there which is sister,brother company...tats y we went to tis thing ..no house keeping...no room service...no restaurant.... breakfast was horrible...10rs dried bread with 2rs jam and butter(both the days they given same )...toaster was not working and they said current is not there itseems... sugar was not there for coffee,breakfast was served near reception... current is not given to this hotel from govt I think....no glass was kept fo breakfast when we requested for water reception guy took one old water bottle and filled water from the pipe which they where using for pour water to plants and given to me and saying it is filtered water....after breakfast u have to go back to ur room to wash ur hands.....if u really want to enjoy with ur family..kindly check some other hotels...PFA of water which they given me...thr is no zero star or else I'll give zero...     Not Fit For Purpose - Avoid !!!

    Arrived here for a one night stay at the end of a group tour. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the main beach in an area with lots of building work. When I checked in there was no electricity. The shower worked surprisingly well for a basic Indian hotel but I had to take a shower in the dark! In the search for a socket that worked I found a lamp with no plug on the end. When I moved the small bedside table away from the wall it pretty much collapsed. I went off to the beach, hoping that the electricity issues would rectify themselves in my absence. 8 hours later there was still no power whatsoever! I asked the woman on the front desk who was very rude and said "one hour". Apparently, she had been saying this all day. When I suggested that they shouldn't operate as a hotel without power the woman just shrugged her shoulders and said it wasn't her fault. The hotel is poor even by Indian standards, the usual zero hooks or anywhere to put anything. Bed like a board and dirty towels and bed linen. The breakfast, which I saw the tail end of when I checked in, looked really awful. Lots of noisy and selfish Russian guests. Yes, the hotel has a pool but you wouldn't want to sit around it as it is in the shade for most of the day and there's nothing to sit on anyway. Not a big concern as the beach is close by but worth knowing. I've travelled plenty in India and I'm tolerant of the low standards of accommodation and cleanliness in hotels but what really annoyed me about this place was the attitude of the staff. Rude and unhelpful. Eventually I checked out without staying the night and found an absolutely beautiful room in the hotel almost next door (Evoke Lifestyle) for just £20 more. See separate review. My advice on JS Palms, avoid at all costs! Hard to believe that respectable tour companies use this place. It is a hovel and not fit for purpose!... More

    Came as part of a tour. Basic hotel with small room with balconies. AC and fan worked and bed was clean and comfortable and the room was secure. Staff helpful but wifi poor. Water temperature tempramental. Pool available but not risked. Would not stay again as there are better budget hotels but did the job for 1 night.... More

    Simple hotel, fine for a short stay

    The hotel is rather fine for Goa and for its price. Advantages: - not far from the beach, about 10-15 min walking - calm location, it is ok to sleep because it is located far from the main road - swimming pool Disadvantages: - breakfasts are not good at all, just toasts and coffee\juice - internet is very slow, sometimes it does not work at all - rooms are not very clean Note: if you want to change towels/blankets or clean the room, just ask staff about that!...     Breakfast is Terrible and not fresh. Room Service pathetic and ready to ask you to leave before checkout time. Old Rooms with insects and smelly bathroom without exhaust fan. It a No No for family and specially kids. Please avoid this Hotel if you want a peaceful sleep.... More

Situated opposite to Prazeres Resort and the beautiful Candolim is JS Palms Villas. The villa has a swimming pool for the guests to enjoy dip in cool waters, front desk that operates all 24 hrs and parking facility. All the six rooms are furnished with a mini-bar and an attached bathroom hot and cold water. Guests can also surf their mails sitting in the blissful environs with the help of wireless connection.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
