    Poor upkeep / courteous staff

    The hotel is located in Vasant Vihar and is conveniently close to the Delhi airport. The hotel does provide airport pick-up and drop, but sometimes the service (especially the pick-up is erratic, though they compensate for the taxi in case the pick up does no arrive). The hotel is just OK for overnight stay and cannot be recommended for extended stays. It does not have a restaurant and only in room dining is available. The rooms are OK, but not without the noisy air-con. The floor is not dust free and not recommended without slippers. Hotel does not provide any slip on. Bathroom are in dire need of repairs. The flush and shower knobs do regularly come out. Under basin cabinet is usually found very dirty. There is only one charging point in the room and that too is very inconveniently located. The most irritating part is that the satellite TV recharge is not managed well. They swap the set top boxes from one room to another when you complain. The owner needs to put in some extra efforts towards improvement of rooms and services, so that the brunt of customers due to poor upkeep is not borne by the staff, who are still very helping....     Good location but upkeep can be better

    Stayed here as I had some meetings in the Vasant Kunj area. Mine was a repeat stay but in comparison to my last stay, the standards seems to have dropped and the place was in need of some renovations, particularly the bathrooms (at least in the room I was given). The staff were still very polite and service was quick. But I might look for somewhere else to stay if I need a hotel around this area again.... More

    The hotel staff were great and clearly grateful of our business. We believe the hotel is quite new. Our room wasn't bad - it was a little basic for what we got elsewhere in Delhi for a similar price. Our bathroom flooded quite badly every time we took a shower which came to be a bit frustrating....     Very pleasant: quick service, kind staff

    Stayed here for a week recently on my first trip to India, visiting friends and seeing the town. Very pleasant older building with nice molding, wood cabinets, etc. in a good neighborhood. There is a small shopping center a block away with a taxi stand ( the staff is also very willing to call you a taxi). The efficient Delhi metro is an auto-rickshaw trip away. All the staff here were outstanding - answered my many questions patiently, even offering a quick lesson in Hindi each time I showed up, once they found I was interested! Breakfast, as someone else mentioned, is served in the room (and was included in our fee, but ask beforehand about this). The menu choices are varied: from toast to porridge to eggs, etc., to 2 Indian offerings (very tasty, filling). The meal arrives promptly, with the water for tea/coffee hot, and delicious hot milk, too. The room includes a basket of snacks, TV, an electric teapot, a small refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and extra water, and a closet safe. Amenities such as hairdryers and irons are available for use, just call and request them. We did have a leak in our shower which was quickly fixed. We left overnight for a tour elsewhere, retaining the room and leaving the majority of our luggage, with no problems. Highly recommended as a good value stay with excellent service.... More

    I stayed in J's Inn for the first time a week ago and found it is just an okay hotel. Rooms are good, spacious with required facilities but needs more attention on proper cleanliness. The location was good for me as it was close to my office, otherwise I personally don't see much around that could attract me. The hotel also provides breakfast but only in room, which was really not a preffered choice for me. There is only limited choice of breakfast, but still good, when you are hungry early morning. Please order in advance to get it on time, otherwise, you might be waiting for a long time. The floor, desk, bathroom tiles and tops looks old and does not attracts much. However, I like bathroom amenities provided, the minibar etc. This is ofcourse not a best choice but compare to many others, still okay and cost effective. The staff members were very helpful and cooperative, which I liked.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
