    Worst stay I ever Had

    It was one night stay. When I entered my room In the afternoon I was tired so changed my clothes and putting them to cupboard but I saw that there was unknown Shirt so I was not in mood of keeping my clothes in cupboard. Then in the evening I saw the drawer was also smelling very dirty uncleaned used tissue n other personal things was there and used soap at the bating area. Worst thing I have ever experienced. I ordered food that was good from the kitchen department but they didn't gave me soft drink as I have ordered even after reminding them once then also. There Wi-Fi was also not working. The bed linen was also dirty . After telling everything to reception they said only we are sorry. This was my first and last stay in oyo. I thought they are charging good amount of money so services would be good but it's not.... More

    We had to leave our B&B because it was fully booked. We wanted to stay in the same area and found this hotel.I cannot believe what we got. When we arrived our room it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the sheets and pillow cases were dirty with fresh coffee stains. The bathroom was filthy and there was no hot water. We complained and room service came and changed the bed sheets. We told them that the hand towels were dirty and needed changed, they took them away and did not bring back clean ones as the laundry had not arrived yet? We now had a clean bed so as it was only for one night we went to bed. In the morning i called room service for breakfast as breakfast was served in the room which had one chair and no surfaces to eat from so we eat sitting on the bed. I asked for tea with cold milk on the side and an instant coffee for my wife.I got a half full pot of cold tea and hot milk, there was no coffee and what was strange no cups. We received 1 chapatti cut in half and 1 sandwich cut in half, this was for two people. We have decided to go out and get some breakfast.... More

    My comments on the hotel

    Hotel is good and in good location. Service part - The front desk staff don't give respect, they answer seating by putting leg upon leg. Queries are not answered. TV in the rooms don't work properly (no channels) you can watch only airtel adds. when asked they say few connections are not renewed. stayed for 3 days but they were not taking any initiative to rectify the problem. Breakfast not that good. Very very limited items. My suggestion is to improve the service and breakfast. Will not plan next time to this hotel.... More

    Good location, but stay was not pleasant

    We came in a group for a conference and apart from the good location (close to our conference venue and has many small shops around) the stay was nothing much. I have stayed in budget hotels before however, the hotel needs to improve on the following aspects; 1. Clean Laundry and Bed Linen: The towels were discoloured and there were roaches in our room 2. We asked for a triple room and they had simply put a fold-able bed in a double room, so there was no space at all, and the fold-able bed was kept on bricks and was not stable. 3. The food choices of Breakfast was extremely poor 4. I had to carry my luggage from the vehicle to the lobby up a flight of stairs 5. After getting a confirmation that we could settle the payment by card, the hotel insisted on cash; for which, after negotiating they agreed for us to pay only a certain percentage, but didn't tell us how much they wanted until checkout, which was very inconvenient for us, since we were travelling from abroad and had planned our currency expenditure according to the email confirmation we got from them beforehand....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
