    a. The hotel refused to acknowledge on phone that there was a booking in my name. b. When I reached the hotel they confirmed the booking from my cell phone as they do not have a computer or internet connectivity. c. Their lift was not functional. d. They alloted a non AC ordinary room on second floor. e. On complaining they alloted a so called AC Deluxe room. f. They refused to accept that there was complimentary breakfast. On complaining they agreed. g. The room was dirty . See the photos attached. h. The toilet was horrible. See the photos attached. j. The hotel staff was sleeping outside my room. See the photos attached. k. They refused to give complimentary breakfast and after a fight agreed to give a plate of dry poha and tea. They also said all dishes are chargeable with this booking ID and nothing extra will be given complimentary. l. No buffet complimentary breakfast was given.     This hotel, we chose just as a night halt during our Ashthavinayak Trip on 12th & 13th November. We were looking for a place to spend a night and everyone we asked suggested this place. we checked in at around 10 pm and were amused by the exterior, which is totally contrasting to its interiors. Untidy room, with cigarette ash and buts and paan masala (gutka) wrappers in the drawers left behind by the previous occupiers. We paid Rs. 1700/- for a night for 3 people, that too because, the reception guy know that we were tired and were in no mood of looking for any alternate accommodation. AC too looked new but cooling was pathetic. As we were damn hungry, we ordered food in the room, which was served within 10 minutes, of which, one of the vegetable dish ordered was good, rest was just eatable. A place to avoid... More

    Avoidable. It would be better to choose a Pune hotel than stay at this hotel. The Bathrooms were very poor and leaky. The Airconditioner has a single setting with the Remote control with the reception desk. The bed linen is best unsaid... More

    We chose this hotel as it was advertised on MIT as nearest one to it's campus. It is very basic one with AC and old color TV Box. slightly run down condition too. Has good restaurant for both veg and non veg. Hot water is available only in morning. room service is good and prompt. You can have a better choice 2 kilometers away. Main problem is it is just 1 meter away from toll naka, so whole night, there was continuous noise of trucks, cars passing by.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
