    Great Stay as a Foreigner!

    Stayed here for almost five months and loved every bit of it. I came to Jaipur from the U.S. on a gap year and the staff at Jaipur Residences took very good care of me. I received proper linen changing twice per month, room cleaning each day, excellent help navigating through the city, and a well-maintained serviced apartment. The guests/neighbors were also very nice and other foreigners (and locals) live here as well. The only major issue I had during the five months was the noise level of guests during wedding season. The property is located near two wedding venues so guests could be a bit rowdy coming back during the night and the walls don't block much noise from the hallways, stairs, and adjacent rooms. The property is walking distance from the the National Handloom, many great street-food vendors, and places for basic needs (i.e. Apollo pharmacy, Big Bazaar, etc). It's also only a ten minute walk to the seven bus stand. Overall, I felt very much at-home at this property and this was a very nice long-term stay in Jaipur which exceeded my expectations.... More

    Excellent guesthouse, lovely host

    Our host Priti and her sister greeted us like long lost relatives on our arrival, which was just a taste of the hospitality we experienced here. Priti is a charming host who provided a city map, info on local sights and transportation and would sit us down for a rejuvenating cup of chai after a long day of sightseeing. Services include dinner (delicious home-cooked food), massage and laundry. The location has its pros and cons. It is several kilometres from the Old City, but frequent buses nearby go directly to the Old City and the Amber Fort for just a few rupees. Also, the neighbourhood is much quieter and peaceful than the hectic city centre. Having said that, we stayed in room A1 (the ‘super deluxe’) and outside our window the building owner keeps a dog in a pen, who barks from time to time at night. However, the dog is very friendly and some guests really take a shine to him. Tip: if you are arriving by train and it stops at Gandhi Nagar station, get off there as it’s closer to Kris Residences than the main station in Jaipur.... More

    I was Staying with my family,and i booked 2 rooms for 5 members, but when i reached there i find 1 room @ ground floor and another one at terrace. Room Service is so bad, No extensions Provided. No Canteen. even have to order a lunch from outside restaurant. So i prefer , not to book this one.... More

    Overall great experience.They were friendly and hosted us really well. The pricing were very reasonable. My third stay at this property in the last 3 months and we highly recommend this property as serviced apartments. Jaipur do not have much options in this category but when we compared this with others the facilities at jaipur residences were quite appealing and they delivered as per our expectations... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
