We recently stayed for two nights in Jagrati Lords Inn in Jaipur. This is an average mid size hotel of Lords Group, which manages about 27 hotels all over India. This hotel is situated away from city centre. Our stay in the hotel was not entirely satisfactory. The room and the bathroom were of standard size. Bathroom supplies were of indeterminate quality. The major problem was that running hot water was available only for three hours in the morning and even then the water was not hot but just lukewarm. In spite of complaints proper hot water could not be provided by the hotel in the morning and we had to make do with lukewarm water. We reached the hotel in the evening and it was disappointing to find that hot water was not available. There were no English programmes in the television and the content in Hindi was also poor. Although a safe was provided in the room it was non-functioning. Being part of a hotel chain it was expected that.there would be better maintenance and training to the staff. Location of the hotel is not good, away from market. I stayed in this hotel on 22.06.2016 to 23.06.2016 (Unable to select my dates as option is not available. I find it difficult to access the market & bazaar as they are very far away from this hotel. overall an average hotel.... More

Inroom facilities are very poor, dirty pool, television not working, washroom tap broken, dirty bedcovers, pathetic food and many faults....!!!
So decide properly before entering this hotel whether it’s adding value for your money or not... More
