    Worst food and worst experience with blue coriender jagriti Lord's inn

    We went their for my birthday treat dinner. Their service is hell slow.. they don't have a proper food menu.. whatever we asked them, that was not available. We asked for mocktail- not available, Juice- not available. In soups only tomato soup they had. We ordered cold coffee.. that was nothing more than sugar water. Then in starter we ordered spring rolls- again not available. We were pissed off with their service.. then after a long break, food arrived. I guess they knew the taste, that's why the quantity was less.. we ordered naan.. tandoori roti was served. After asking 3-4 times, the lemons were served. Tasteless food.. after so many attempts for making it tasty, we then compromised, that money had to get wasted today.. then we asked that what is available for the dessert, they said "kesar pishta" ice cream is available... Then he came and said it is finished. We asked him to arrange as we wanted to have at least something good but he denied. He served kheer... I would really prefer to vomit in the bowl. The texture of the kheer was.. water rice pishta everything was separated. It was more tasting like haldi ka doodh. I suggest not to visit. We waste our money. Worry restaurant in Jaipur.     Horrible terrible stay not recommended at any cost

    I stayed here for 3 nights , very poor service whatever you order to room service you have to wait minimum for 1 hour I waited for a water bottle for 45 mins or 3 reminders ordered milk in night for baby not recd ordered morning tea waited for 55 minutes Another thing is When I leave the room and goes to function I told to reception to clean the room but when I came back in night the room was not cleaned no towels changed I forcely got my room clean in morning and 2nd day I complained for this and again told them to clean room today but again i came late night and saw the room was in same condition in which I left and again called the cleaner in morning So guests if you are staying here then you will have worst and dirty stay with this hotel I am here to attend a marriage so not need more services but expect that others also worst NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND ... More

    Dont ever think to visit this hotel...dinner available in the menu card only not at the kitchen....breakfast is worst ever i had...no swiping facility ...gone to atm to fetch the hotel bill...even dental kit is not available. In toilet...but charging 3000/day....worst hotel...... More

    We recently stayed for two nights in Jagrati Lords Inn in Jaipur. This is an average mid size hotel of Lords Group, which manages about 27 hotels all over India. This hotel is situated away from city centre. Our stay in the hotel was not entirely satisfactory. The room and the bathroom were of standard size. Bathroom supplies were of indeterminate quality. The major problem was that running hot water was available only for three hours in the morning and even then the water was not hot but just lukewarm. In spite of complaints proper hot water could not be provided by the hotel in the morning and we had to make do with lukewarm water. We reached the hotel in the evening and it was disappointing to find that hot water was not available. There were no English programmes in the television and the content in Hindi was also poor. Although a safe was provided in the room it was non-functioning. Being part of a hotel chain it was expected that.there would be better maintenance and training to the staff. This hotel has potential to improve but presently leaves much to be desired.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
