    1. Location is near to the New Market. Very popular among Bangladeshi travelers. 2. Check in was easy but check out was really difficult. Budget hotel so staffs were not well behaved nor helpful. Had to catch 6 AM flight, so woke up early but saw the staffs were sleeping downstairs. They will try to hire taxi for you but will charge you higher. If you get out of the hotel you will find taxi right at the door step. So, don’t take their service. It costed me RS 300 for a taxi to airport, whereas, they reception asked for RS 400 3. Stayed 4 Pax in room 307. Costed us RS 2500 or 2800 can’t remember exactly. In floor 1 or 2 you may get a room for RS1500. 4. Wash Room was operational. Does not give you toiletries. 5. Wi-Fi Connection was unavailable. Even though 2 routers in every floor but they do not work. 6. Beds are functional not comfortable. 7. Front Desk attitude was rough as usual towards the Bangladeshi traveler. If they carry your luggage from 2nd floor to the doorstep they charge you RS 50 extra. 8.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
