    Wow! Where do I start? Well I have been going to Goa since 1995. Stayed at Leela, all Taj Properties, Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Marriott etc etc. When a friend asked me to check this place out I was a bit skeptical, usually the photos you see or are shown, versus the reality is so-so different. When we reached the property, not just me but my family and extended family were not able to believe that the photos we all saw before committing, in reality the place was and is even better. We rented the main 3 bedroom Villa with it's pool. There is an adjacent Oriental Villa which does share that pool but the owners/hosts were kind enough to let us have our privacy. The property is tastefully done, each day you find something new and different. The space spoils you completely compared to the tiny Suites and rooms at 5 star hotels. It is a family owned property and you can actually feel the love and care they have put in to maintain the Villas and the entire landscape and gardening. Each one will have their experience and opinion on their stay, my strong belief is that, if you are appreciative, nice and courteous the rest are too. If you are mean, rude and demanding, each one has their dignity and self respect. I have posted some photos clicked by me in May 2017.... More

    Ishavilas overcharged and ignores refund requests

    Stayed there in January and paid several months in advance. Indian currency revalued, leading us with an overpayment of more than U$600. Several requests for refunds are ignored. They were completely unresponsive to e-mails and requests for guides in the area. Wifi is practically non-existent.... More

    We stayed at the oriental cottage. Overly done up oriental decor .. the pool ruined my eyes for good half a day. Order your meals half a day in advance. Very slow service.. practically non existent. The rooms lighting could improve .. a very quaint place.. nice landscaping.. good for shooting an advertorial. Location is offbeat. Neithe in the center nor off.. I've stayed at better places by neemrana. This one needs some good measure of overhauling. Don't enter the pool without eye gear. Seriously! And eat outside. Stay here if it fits your budget. Not worth spending a big buck. I am always unimpressed by the basic luxury category.. can't understand the ambience. It has to nurture the traveller or add to the experience. This one doesn't. Give theme for five cottages is also a bit overthought for me. It could've been a basic theme carried forward through out and cared for later. Making it child friendly would work in their favour. Space is enough for a family.. I won't be here again.     The perfect place to honeymoon

    Ishavillas provided the perfect opportunity to relax in a beautiful and tranquil setting. My husband and I recently spent 10 days there on our honeymoon and had the most fantastic time. We stayed in the luxury of the Ishanya cottage, which has its own private pool so we could swim, read and spend time together without being disturbed which was exactly what we wanted . Ishavillas is situated in a quiet and lush area, but very close to lots of lovely restaurants and to the beach. We will be returning again very soon!!... More

    This was one of our first times we rented a villa in Goa. And to our delight it was a pleasure to the senses. Team Ishavillas stays alert and on their toes to help out at any given point in the day. Much to the relaxed pace of Goa things move fast and on time at this villa. This felt like a big advantage while traveling with children. Private and very central to all the lovely locations in all of Anjuna-Vagator-Assagao area. Little secrets would entail great massages (to be planned in advance) and the hidden gorgeous in home bull dog pets called Soupy and Madam. We would definitely be back. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
