Breakfast was amazing Improvements : The cleanliness of the place could take be improved. The terms of stay could be made clearer upfront by FabHotel team. The final booking took about 5 calls mired in confusion to full T&Cs.... More

    Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Beds are uncomfortable. Aircon is noisy. No views Breakfast is basic with only 2 options!!! Everything seems less . Toilets and bathrooms are basic as well. Only good as a hostel not a hotel... More

    So I stayed here for almost 1.5 months very clean place you get home cooked meals at a subsidized cost value for money indeed the staff is very friendly and supportive to name a few Mr. Ajay the manager should be your first point of contact really helpful and has a lot of knowledge for places in and around the staff, Dabloo, Sanjay there are a few more I cannot recollect their names. around this property you have small joints to eat there is a supermarket just opposite everything is so close as this is very centrally located very close to the US Consulate too. Please do not talk to the manager Jagdeesh he is really rude and dose not know how to talk to people and he lies !! I would also like to give a big thumps up to Aroba the guest delight manager ans Gokul (Area Manager) for helping me with the stay there !! Awesome place lovely stay !!... More

    Very Rude Impolite manager for a FAB hotel

    Seeing the reviews and personally visiting the hotel to check the amenities, I was confident enough of the hotel and went ahead to book it for 1 night for my family and friends. But we had a horrifying experience. There is only 1 manager and he is very Rude and Impolite, full of arrogance. Can talk in good english but that makes the service/hospitality of the hotel even more worse. We booked one room for 3 people and he kept phoning (3 calls in 2minutes) and examining the CCTV to ensure that the 4th person doesn't even stay a minute to talk with friends. We requested him to send breakfast in room or serve it early and the denial of the request was so rude that can't even express it in words. Has rooms in ground and 3rd floor of the same building. There is no network reception in cell phones in the ground floor, and have to come out of the building to talk on phones. In total very horrifying experience in terms of hospitality. Shocked to see how Fab hotel has given its franchise in such hands.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
