    We stayed there for 2nights with our 2months little kid.The place was secured enough.The staff were really helpful.The guy namely Mohit helped us a lot.He was ready to help for anything.He took me to the shopping many times(Even though at 10PM at night).He helped us to buy a sim card.Free wifi throughout the property & speed was good and Free breakfast.I had a chance to meet with the landlord.She invited me to her house(on 2nd Floor) & we had great chat.I will recommend this hotel for anyone.We'll surely stay their on our next trip to Delhi....     me and wife stayed there for a couple of nights, this place is situated in a very nice neighborhood, very safe managed by a family. The rooms were okay, could have been maintained better. Cleanliness was the major issue. The hot water didn't work properly. The food was okay. I choose this place because it was affordable, close to the embassy and had great reviews but may be I overestimated the place. Will I go there again? may be not. My wife was so pissed that I booked this place.... More

    This is at an awesome peaceful location in a busy city. With embassies around there are plenty of parks for kids to place. Hosts are wonderful people, very helpful. Really enjoyed stay at this place. Kudos to them.... More

    I had work at Chanakyapuri, so this was the closest b & b i found. I reached late at night and called up to say i was there and was looking for the place, it was soo nice of the staff for them to wait out side the inn for me. they even made some sandwich at 1 am and got a charger for my phone!! they got me a taxi early morning, basically they were there for any thing that i wanted!! the pranthas were great it was obvious that they were home made!! I strongly recommend this place for families travelling with infants/kids, its very clean!! This place is very much in the heart of delhi but in a very nice residential area. A good place for foreign travellers u will get a good feel of a North indian house, food and family.... More

    i was part of a big group that stayed here, in the earlier part of this month. we all found the place to be pleasant. i had no problems here. it is located in a residential area and it is away from the busy traffic filled streets of delhi. we were helpfully directed towards all our tourist destinations and restaurants by the staff. we had booked all the 5 rooms, and this added to our extra convenience. the free wi-fii was a bonus, and sitting here we planned our trip to ladakh, via bhuntar. we also booked motorcycles to ride to keylong and beyond weather permitting. it is a nice friendly cozy place....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
