The stay was very short but, I enjoyed every moment of it. Rooms were neat and clean. The staffs were very courteous and their service was prompt. Had a very nice dinner during my stay and the food was very delicious. The breakfast was also good with a variety of dishes.

I found this hotel in Booking.com. The hotel was very clean and has welcoming staff. The facilities are excellent for business as well as leisure travelers. The staff takes care of your needs very well and every request answered promptly. They serve a good breakfast in the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will definitely recommend it to all.

Great property which is offering a larger scale of food and beverage service along with nice hospitality.I have attended my friends marriage in December, they provided a wow service and delecious food. The decor was also marvellous.
SPOILERS: ENGAGEMENT FUNCTION

I had attended my friend's Engagement in Inde and what I observe was....the staff was so rude even they were not ready to understand what a person want in their function..like to attend the guest ,their services was so poor and even the food wasn't great..their furniture was so rough and broken also and different colours in one area which was looking too odd.
It was not value for money.They were so negligent in their behaviour and in their services also.

Due to *Golden Tulip* reputation and Louvre Hotel Hospitality experienced, I booked my Wedding Ceremony at *Inde Hotel* chattarpur for those who are not aware that Inde hotel is branch of Golden Tulip.
Due to Golden Tulip hospitality I booked my Wedding Ceremony there, But it was worst decision of my life and it became lifetime scar on my most important memories.
Unfortunately, I and my wife were in shock for our lives when we actual see the arrangements and management during the wedding ceremony, We booked banquet & Dinning Lounge and bar along with open area in the month of September-2017 and our wedding ceremony was on 11th of Nov 2017.
Since, I live in dubai therefore my wife and my father booked this venue and we paid 100% in advance as per their policy, because we were asked to pay the complete amount one month before the wedding date and we paid the same.
However, we didn't had issues regarding this because we trusted their hospitality as they're branch of *Golden Tulip*, Also it was their first wedding event organized by "Inde Hotels"
So we were pretty relaxed that they will give their best for this event due to immense reputation of "Golden Tulip", But they prove us wrong.
The commitments which agreed from Mr. Amit ,GM ,Inde hotel and golden tulip, chhatarpur were not kept as discussed .
Mr. Abhinashi & Mr. Pawan '(Operation Manager) In actual a sales person who turned to be a operation manager for our ceremony, the first ever marrige project of him to handle and we paid the heavy cost because of his inexperience. Our marriage function was spoiled and it was an embarrassing situation on our big day.
Valet Parking :
These guys agreed for the Valet Parking service for every guest, But in reality barely they were doing their work sincerely.
I groom myself called Mr. Abhinashi for the Valet Parking to send someone to park my car from the assembly point of baarat, which was barely 50-60 meters away from the venue, But the answer which I got from him that was very harsh and non acceptable for any guy who's paying for all the services. Mr. Abhinashi said that we can't send any guy for the Valet service because as per our policies we can take your car from our entry gate only.
When I entered from the assembly point to venue there was no flowers decorations on entry gate which was decided earlier with "Inde Hotel" management along with F&P ferns and petals ,their internal partner as there was no other decorater option in their panel.
So we had to go with F&P, Ms. Nikita who was handling all of this decorations, She has all the decorations "BUT" without flowers so basically she cheated us, When we complained about this to Mr. Abhinashi (Operational Manager)& Mr. Amit Manu (GM) Their answer was so unprofessional they said Sir that we cannot do anything in this because we ( I and my wife) had to confirm the decoration with F&P, and at the same time when they were not allowing any other decorater.
So who's the responsible for all this mess up?
Venue Directions :
There was not a single directions for the Dining areas, Bar and open area, As I booked the whole area which was included banquet, open space and lounge and bar area and there was not a single directions for the same, 95% of guests were not aware that we have booked this area, Because of that only 5-7 people only were sitting in the bar and there was no one serve the liquor to them and I paid 10k separately for the Bar Handling.
It was a BIG FAT PUNJABI wedding and only 2-3 bottles of liquor were consumed at the venue, I hope now everyone can imagine how much miss management was there.
Dinning Table & Chairs :
When we booked the venue they told us that they will provide us Banquet chairs as they have shown in their portfolio, But when we reached the venue there was mixed chairs some of banquet chairs and some others "The banquet chairs were completely fine but rest of chairs the condition was so bad there were so many stains on the chair seat and back which was so embarrassing.
No Mirrors in Restrooms :
There was no Mirrors in the banquet Restrooms, When I asked them about this the answer which I got this answer from Mr. Amit Manu (GM), He said it's not mandatory that in every restroom Mirrors should be there, Which was clearly state that they're not admiting their mistakes any where.
Guest service :
They don't know how to serve a guest there were so many problems for the same, Which I can't explain here because literally there were so many.
All in all for their services rating which I can give for the Inde Hotel is 0 star.
Mandap and Phere ceremony :
When we booked the venue we decided to setup Mandap in open to sky and they setup as we agreed.
But, when we were ready for the Phera ceremony there was no blankets in the month of "November" When I asked them for the same the answer which I got from Mr. Pawan (Operational Manager)
He said you didn't tell us that you need blankets, Can't anybody beat this answer from the hospitality guy? That point was heights of limits.
Because I didn't want to spoil my special day I didn't create any scene on that moment.
After that they shifted Mandap into banquet area of course at that time early morning there were no possibilities of Mandap decorations.
So, Finally they have spoiled Mandap decorations as well which I beinged charged for it.
Last but not the least ,our seat ,Groom and Bride seat , it was in such a bad condition that the golden paint was coming out and seat cloth was stapled from upside and we already told FNP to make it perfect as required.Moreover they agreed to it as well but on my special day ,we found the same seat ,Dull , stapled , golden paint coming out.
What to say now to these guys ?
