    Very good experience in budgeted price

    Earlier I stayed at Imperial Hotel during Jan-2008 as part of group tour booking of Shimla & Mnanali by travel agent. Experience was owesome. In May-2019, I planned Manali tour with my family and was having some doubt as i planning almost after 11 years. But i booked it and experience was amazing. We got our room upgraded. Hotel Staff provided very prompt services and felt like my earlier experience. Food very tasty but little bit spicy. We have to go Gulaba and Madhi (near Rohtang) early morning at 6 am. , so on our request we recieved bread butter, jam, tea, coffee and milk served in our room. Overall very good experience in budgeted price and highly recommended for short trips (1-2 days) like us.... More

    I stayed Imperial Palace, Alleo, Manali during my vacations on August . I was there for three days and three night. Location of hotel is very nice. Three sides of hotel covered by Apple trees. It was a season of apples and the scenery was amazing. The staffs were amazing, provided a high class treat for us. The restaurant provides south indian dishes as well, a plus point to the hotel. Only a draw back is, there is no wheel chair access.... More

    I was told by Yatra Travels that the Imperial Palace is a 3* hotel, but the sad part was that the room provided to us, had hot water running only at some fixed time. Also, the bathrooms were pathetic attaching the photographs for reference. The room had a great view of the river. Staffs are friendly but I carried my luggage up and down 15 steps while doing check-in and check-out, we need to get their attention. if not requested room service fellows would just watch us and would not help us, proactively. The food was average, not bad. Management was trying to do the best with the facilities they have got, but I believe its high time for the hotel to get a facelift as the location of the hotel is awesome and if a better service is provided, no clue this would be one among the best hotels in Manali....     I stayed in this hotel from 11 April till 14 April. The pros and cons of hotel are as follows Pros 1- Well behaved staffs 2- Good location and nice view from room I will suggest to take room no.304 for the best view 3- Quality of food is good. Cons 1- You have to climb quite a few stairs to reach reception and then if your room is on third floor then you will have a good workout in hotel itself 2- Frequent power cuts but they are of very low duration. 3- Also the rooms does not have AC may be due to manali weather but we found room getting hot during afternoon and fan was not of much help 4- currently renovation going on so if you are allergic to paint like me you will feel little discomfort due to paint smell Conclusion I liked the hotel as a whole. It is not a great hotel but a good hotel keeping in mind it's low cost room rent... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
