    I have stayed here almost 30 nights over the last 3 months. Consistently excellent service. Very responsive staff. Personal greetings and everyone willing to help across reception, housekeeping, room service et all. Monish at room service is very good. Management team of Shobhit, Prakash and Zubin are terrific.     Disclaimer * This review is only for the in room dining. The Hotel otherwise - including the breakfast buffet - is excellent. The in room dining experience was disappointing. Their default spice level was somewhere in between very spicy and extremely spicy. Couldn't taste the food, due to the overwhelming spice. And, This has happened on two-separate occasions, leading to my conclusion that this is their preferred or default spice setting. A poor assumption in my humble opinion. A conversation to assess my level of spice preference (or tolerance..) at the time of taking the order from the room service staff would have been more appropriate. Their menu rates aren't cheap and assumptions on spice setting were ill-placed.. Hotel stay otherwise was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.     I would like to congratulate Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences's management for employing excellent staff. I stayed at the hotel from 2nd Jan till 6th Jan and really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the lengths staff went to make me feel welcome. I have traveled and stayed at hotels all over Australia and overseas and I can confidently say that Hyatt Regency Pune was the by far the best hotel I stayed at. Management and staff should be credited for that. All facilities were well maintained. I would like to thank staff from front of house area, breakfast buffet, spa & gym and room service for taking good care of me. I would like to personally thank Vinayak from Spa & Gym, Hemant and Vinay from breakfast buffet for their service. All 3 staff members provided polite and helpful service. They understand the importance of customer service and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. In saying that, every staff member I dealt with were very helpful as well. Hyatt Regency Service Apartment in Pune fuses luxury with elegance and offers a classy stay to all its visitors. Located in the heart of the historic city of Pune in an extremely characteristic, quite and lively area within short walk distance to all sites and is surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of Aga Khan Palace, Magarpatta IT Park, Phoenix Market City, and many more. The hotel is arranged on 7 floors, comprising a total of 79 spacious rooms. On the ground floor, apart from the reception, there is a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea, or just read. There is also a splendid swimming pool, where, one can relax and emerge oneself in a blissful atmosphere. The hotel renders a gamut of facilities, such as room service, internet access, newspaper, medical aid, multilingual staff and many more.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
