    Getting worse

    I played a tennis tournament at Ankara in September 2014 and I stayed at Angora Hotel because it was recommended by the tennis club . I had stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and I saw that this hotel is getting worse. The rooms are very old . Restaurant is mediocre . Many sports teams are staying at this hotel when they play at Ankara so the hotel lounge and coorridors were very '' loud '' until late hours of the night . I do not plan to stay there in the future.... More

    Great room, but not all of them

    I had single bed room and it was really great! little bit small, but I would say completely new room. My friends stayed in double room and it was completely different - old room with quite old furniture. 4 star hotel should not have half ( or few ) 4* rooms and rest of them 3* or less. Loby looked nice, there was free internet in loby and in rooms. Breakfast and dinner were quite bad, lots of some salats, a very few main dishes! Sweets were very good I must say :)... More

    Four Star? Definitely not for all rooms

    Be wary if booking this hotel - some rooms have been renovated, others are in dire need. As part of a small group tour, we compared notes. Our room (206) was well overdue for renovation. The bed cover had a hole in it; winter weight duvet on the bed (in June); and the AC was useless. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, with a showerhead due to fly apart with 90% of the water falling vertically and the other 10% escaping horizontally - some guaranteed to get you in the eye. The pattern was worn off the wall tiles, leaving horrible dark grey areas. However, food for the buffet breakfast couldn't be faulted.... More

    We arrived to the Angora hotel on 04/04/2013. The hotel is located in a good position. It is near to city center. The lobby was clean but small. Breakfast was good and guests can choose from a variety of foods. The receptionist Mr. Mustafa Demirci oğlu was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The advantage of this hotel is its location. There is a famous shopping mall that you can see from the hotel. It is Ankamall. You can find anything at Ankamall . There are a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. Places to visit: You shouldn’t miss the Anitkabir and Ankamall when you go to Ankara.... More

    “Nice Hotel in ULUS, Great Breakfast Buffet”

    Definitely a great hotel and close to nice restaurants . It is also close to embassies if you're there on business. Overall Ankara doesn't have as many sightseeing spots as your normal tourist city, but there's a castle and an archeology museum which are a good 4-5 miles away from the hotel. We walked there in summertime and were pretty tired by the time we got to the museum. It's a quick - and relatively cheap - taxi ride away. ..The breakfast buffet is what we still dream about.Overall hotel staff is friendly and courteous. They all speak English very well - obviously. We used their dry cleaning service, and got the suit back promptly . The rooms are clean and efficient. THANK YOU FOR ALL... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
