    The service was above average, as the staff was kind and friendly. You need to ask for hot water for drinking. They have an onsite travel/tour agent if you need last-minute travel arrangements. The room is comfortable enough with AC and a ceiling fan. The bedding was clean. However, you'll need to bring your wall adapters for your electronics. Talk about the location & amenities The place is near the entrance of Main Bazar Rd (Railway side). A lot of shops are around, so you don't need to walk too far. The street is quite dirty, so beware. Customer service was what we liked the most. The room and it's contents were clean but didn't feel clean. The hotel is quite dated and could you use a renovation.... More

    A drab, very dated hotel location an insanely busy street in the heart of Delhi. I arrived and was given a room overlooking the noisy, chaotic street outside. I asked to be moved and was told that this was the only room available until the next day. It as a non-stop barrage of car and motorcycle horns. Thankfully I had earplugs and a white noise generator app on my phone. The next day I was given another room further away from the street. The trade-off is that the other rooms have no windows at all, so there's no natural light. Rooms are decent size. There's no safe to store valuables. There's a small refrigerator in the room, but because your key needs to be in the wall holder for the room to have electric power, the refrigerator is warm while you're out sightseeing. There's no bathtub or shower stall, just a shower head and a drain on the floor. The bathroom is small so when you shower, the entire bathroom floor gets wet. There's no hot water unless you call reception and request it. They turn on the water heater, and you have to wait ten minutes for the water to heat up. The location is very good. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to Connaught Place where there are many shops and restaurants, as well as the metro. Pros: Very central location. Good WiFi. Rooftop restaurant served a decent American style breakfast at a good price. Front desk staff polite and helpful. Cons: Very noisy; dull, drab decor; inconsistent hot water, small bathroom.     I have stayed twice in this hotel, once in November 2014 and once in October 2017. I was delighted to see that the hotel kept the same standard through the time I was "gone". Rs. 2000 will land you in a room that is very small but is clean, has a comfortably soft bed, working hot water, working AC and working WiFi, which are the five criteria I have when I travel in India. I did not experience the pickiness with check-in time or the unwillingness to change to another room that other reviewers here have complained about. On my first trip, however, the guy at the travel desk managed to sell me and my friend 2 tickets to Haridwar in 2AC for Rs 3500, although it should've been Rs. 1600 plus a fee of... Maybe 400, so 2000 total would've felt ok. The IRCTC now accepts international Visa cards, so make sure you book your tickets yourself in advance via their website. The rooftop restaurant is a great choice for lunch and dinner, they serve tasty food that did not give me nor my travel buddy any delhi-belly. All in all, this is a great choice for your first night in Delhi, if you travel like me and usually land at the airport in the early morning, and you are grabbing a train out of Delhi on your second day....     An 'OK' Hotel

    We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in Feb 2018, after coming back from Agra (late evening) & before catching the early flight to Srinagar the next morning. Hotel reception is located just by the road, with brightly lit reception area. We took the opportunity to do some quick shopping for souvenirs, Indian jewellery & attire at the bustling night bazaar which is located along the road. Spoiled with tons of choices, and the prices were cheap too. The management had installed additional automatic security lock after the lift, before reaching the room. Room size was ok for the 2 of us, it had a nice smell. Bedsheet was clean, with fluffy pillows. Bathroom was also clean & hot water provided. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at about 5am the next morning. All in all, it was worth to stay at this hotel.... More

    Location is in the main Bazaar , a crowded street , It looks they have recently Renovated or built new , Linen was Good and so were the Bathrooms . Nice decent Restaurant , though small fitting the number of rooms , decor is nice , Reception is good , It has a lift too... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
