    Other than the friendly front-desk personnel, almost everything in this hotel is up for a toss. Roaches everywhere, torn towels, dirty bedsheets, non-working intercom, stains everywhere in the bathroom, air conditioner right beside the bed freezes you, dirty hallways. It is not at all like in the photos. Booked via goibibo and paid nearly Rs. 4000 for a 2-night stay, not at all worth. Will never stay here again. Anyways someone told me they are closing down this hotel in the near future, so that explains the lack of maintenance.... More

    We booked the deluxe room & it was clean and a/c was fine.We had to visit Dr MGR medical University & it is 15mins walk from this hotel.Spice restaurant in the hotel is just mediocre, delay in serving, ambience bad.Good veg food available at hotel Sangeetha nearby. Reception manager was helpful. Recommended only for short stay and not for leisure.... More

    The hotel is not so good. The rooms are small and beds not so good. There were too many mosquitoes around. Bathroom and toilets were in bad shape. Some of the switches were broken. Recommended to stay here only if you dont have a plan to stay in the hotel whole day and its just a transit journey... More

    Zen Garden - Avoid it

    Visited this place early this December and decided that i would never ever go there. the bed spreads were dirty, the supposedly fresh towels werent dry and when asked, we were told that this was due to the rains. It wasnt exactly clean too, making us wonder if it was washed at all in the first place. there was a roach in the bathroom.. and the vents of the split ac looked like they hadnt been dusted in years.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
