    The night manager, mahinder or melvinder, not very sure of his name, was very rude and unhelpful. We arrived at the hotel late, about 10pm, it was winter so it was cold, we requested for hot water as we wanted to have a bath, he repeatedly refused and said hot water was only available at 3am. When asked to make an exemption and provide hot water for us to have a bath he refused. Later he called up our room and requested for my visa, when i said i would send it after i have a hot bath he threatened that unless i brought the visa immediately to the reception no hot water would be provided. The next day we left the hotel and my bad, i left my book in my room, when enquiries were made they said no book was left behind! Very bad experience, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone although the others were friendly and helpful.... More

    We the group of families, friends & relatives recently stay at Yash Regency Jaipur. Just a 4-5 km away from Jaipur Railway station......When we reach all rooms are ready, so check-in is very smooth...Rooms was big, very nicely decorated, comfortable with all modern facilities...yummi food... I would like to mention one name here that is Mr. Prithvi Singh, Manger of this hotel. A great human being. He allows us to meet his shafe and decide about food menu...     Poor Service - not recommended

    Very small room size, too far from city center, if you are going to Jaipur for shopping then this hotel is not recommended as it is around 10 KM from Main market area (Bapu Bazaar) of Jaipur. Other main concern is that this hotel is centrally Air conditioned, and remote is fixed in the wall, i was travelling with my wife and small kid, so i wake up many times in night to control the temperature. There was no closed parking for hotel and also they have clearly mentioned " Parking at owners risk" on hotel walls. Service was poor, food was OK, no hand towels in room, TV was not in center but on extreme corner of the wall.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
