    Visited Shimla with family in December last week , had a wonderful time , the hotel is on the outskirts of city and located on hilltop , It's been recently renovated and rooms are fine with moderate interiors , yet contains all the facilities you look for a mid segment property. view from hotel is awesome, food is good and staff cooperative.Only reservation we had , they charged us for heater, since it was too cold outside had to take one , they should include in the cost.     Don't book classic 2x.These rooms are too small. Go for cottage rooms or deluxe 3x. Food is amazing so you can have food in hotel itself rather than going outside. Hotel staff is very friendly and comfortable. They have shown an excellent hospitality especially Mr Joginder, Mr Ashish and Mr Manohar. These guys have ensured that we have smooth and comfortable stay. Everything was amazing about this hotel except its chief manager, Mr Dutt. He does not know how to talk to guests. He is rude and I'm not sure who and how he was elevated to this post. His attitude was like that we should be grateful to him that he is allowing us to stay in the hotel!!!     Stayed for a night on Jan 30, 2018 with 45 odd students. Rooms are all well refurbished with best of hospitality. Food served was excellent and the chef took extra care to serve food with extra smile :) Hotel has large lawn and small lawns for Bonn Fire and music. Hotel also has a large banquet for conferences and events. Parking is not an issue for all types of vehicles. Overall a nice stay @Woodrina... More

    I have visited this hotel few years back. Now the hotel is in new shape , rooms have renovated , nice and cosy rooms , beautifull surround. Best part of the hotel is food. They served to us best quality , delicious food. Staff is very generous and ready to help in all manner. We have been treated like family members here at woodrina hotel. Hotel is not too far from city , but it is away from city hassle , traffic noise , very calm and peacefull . Manager of the hotel shown us the entire hotel , all the rooms are now renovated with best amenities. Must visit place with family , friends or office staff.... More

    Bad hotel. Don't go or else you will regret. Hotel staff was cold,not approachable. In room dining quality not good and prices are expensive. Only because place is away from everywhere. I had to take admission in IHM over there, but I regret staying over that place.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
