    This has been my worst experience in a hotel suggested by Oyo. The rooms are budget friendly but the experiences in the hotel will not let you come back to the hotel. Dirty linen and pillow cases with torn mattress. We stayed here for 2 nights. First night a mouse entered and damaged my bag and heard some sound. Second night the sound was of hitting onto wood was clearly heard between 3 am to 4 am and people talking outside. Disturbed sleep and getting up daily between odd part of the night. Food was stale and was stinking. No hot water available and dim lights with monkeys near the hotel. The hotel is located high away from Mall road near Jakhu ropeway and we had to take porter (coolie) to get our luggage uphill and downhill. A nightmare hotel. Please do not book this hotel.... More

    We were there in August 2017 for about 1 Week and we really enjoyed our stay. The Staff is very friendly and helpful , the food is really good and the rooms are clean with warm water and shower at any time. We will come back in August 2019 and cannot wait to see you all again!     Garbage property

    its not a hotel, its a garbage property completely. I have faced many problems there. first is : Their rooms were so dirty. everything was so dirty. washrooms were not cleaned. i also saw a rat in my mother's room. Its location is quite imposible to reach. we used 100+ stairs to climb. My mother was not well. I called them to help us with luggage or something but nobody came. After that in the night there were around 15-20 boys drinking and shouting whole night. my mother could not sleep that day. i complained the same. but nothing happened . Please don't book this hotel.... More

    The experience staying in this hotel was pathetic. The rooms were small and avarage. No personal cab or booking cab comes in front of the hotel. The hotel is in restricted area so only local cab with yellow pass is allowed. They charge is 300-500 per cab .There are two entrance to the hotel. One from mall road which takes around 15-20 min walking. The road is too steep over there and it's painful to climb. There is no cab at that route. The second way comes from the main road but personal cab is not allowed in that route to the hotel. You have to take local taxi every time you go up and down to the hotel through that route. Total waste of money. That's not the end. After you reach the hotel you have to climb at least 100 stair to reach the hotel. You have to carry your own luggage or have to book coolies and they charge a lot. The hotel don't have any cab facilities nor they have any facilities to pick up the luggage from the road to the hotel room. The food in this hotel is too too expensive. For old person it would be tough and pathetic. For young person it's painful. Never visit this hotel.... More

Overview

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
