The best night sleep I got in Mumbai
on Oct 1, 2018
OK, the hotel is not impressive. But:
- It's quiet: on a side street (nearby hotels are on the main road and Indian traffic is terribly loud)
- It's clean (well enough, by Indian standards)
- It's cheap
- If did provide me with soap, towel, top sheet (which a nearby hotel did not)
- The WiFi worked well
- The breakfast was satisfactory
I stayed in 3 hotels in Mumbai, and this is the only one where I slept so well.

Everything about this hotel is bad. Firstly, the prices are way out of proportion. Secondly, the roomservice is not nice and helpful. The rooms don't even have their own toilets. In short... worst experience ever.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
on May 25, 2018
I REPEAT, DONT STAY HERE!!! We made the mistake becaue the pictures made it look nice, but the pictures are very misleading!!! The rooms are definitely not as nice as they are made to look. Beds and pillows are not comfortable, the sheets are dirty, and the shower is absolutely disgusting—it would not drain. The toilets are also gross. And NO AC!!! We stayed one night then had to move into a hostel that was so much nicer and only a few bucks more.
Comfortable, spacious rooms and well-maintained rooms
on May 18, 2018
The rooms are spacious and well maintained. All floors except the top floor are accessible by lift. The hotel is located near CST railway station. The hotel has 24 hours check out time, which is convenient. However the rooms don't have telephones for contacting the reception or restaurant. The restaurant menu and the complementary breakfast has limited food options.
Good for both short and long stays, if you're able to stretch your cleanliness expectations a bit :D

Breakfast wasn't tasty, and there weren't many varieties.
The rooms weren't clean at all and had lots of insects, and when we asked that they be cleaned and for insect repellent to be sprayed, they only swept the floor and sprayed air freshener :/
The hotel is walking distance from CST. They were flexible with the checkout time. We were given the chance to switch rooms when we complained that one had too many insects. The bathroom in the double room was spacious. The hotel exchanges dollars at a good rate compared to exchange offices in the area. When we asked that we pay at the end of our stay as we hadn't exchanged yet they were fine with it (as opposed to other hotels in Mumbai which request the money upfront). The front desk clerks speak good English and are generous with their local tips. The place is really quiet. AC and water heaters are available.
