    This budget hotel is certainly not for family and children. It is down a steep slope and without any lift or restaurant. The Deluxe Rooms have no windows and are all in the basement and under ground-level floors that take you down upto 51 steps below the Reception. Moreover, the hotel cannot be reached by car or cabs like OLA since it lies inside a No Entry zone. The Reception is cold and not affable. Very limited small eateries around. I had been given a room 51 steps down in the basement for five days that caused a lot of problems for my wife in climbing up and down several times. No rooms with windows or balcony was given upon request even for extra tariff. Hotels on the other end of the Mall Road much more convenient.... More

    Horrible Experience through GuestHouser and Booking.com

    You head out from our home for a peaceful and well planned vacation and guess what, you receive a shocker upon reaching the hotel. I was traveling with my parents and had booked 15 days in Advance through Booking.com. Reservation was confirmed by Booking.com which claims to be biggest hotel reservation company and shortly after that, I confirmed the booking by making full payment. Upon reaching the hotel counter, staff told me that they were not honoring reservations from Booking.com and in fact they were sold out already. Can you imagine the frustration after a long tiring drive? Not only this was frustrating but also embarrassing, the fact that we had to literally waste an hour speaking with Booking.com team. Here's the funny part, Booking.com maintained that Reservation is confirmed , Hotel said they have not been accepting reservations from booking.com since last 2 months. Guess, who's caught in the middle of this cross firing? Embarrassed, disappointed and tired, I had to start searching for Hotels while my parents stayed at the counter. Certainly would never recommend Booking.com or Hotel White or GuestHouser.... More

    Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife.It was a Nice hotel with peaceful surroundings.All major attractions are nearby...room rates were quite reasonable too.Clean and big rooms..Overall a good deal :)... More

    This hotel is aptly located at Lakkar Bazaar. Walking distance to most of attractions like lakkar bazar, mall road, lower bazar, christ church, kali temple and many more. Premium room is spacious with a nice view of the valley. If you are lucky, during winter you can spot the snow covered mountain from the window of these valley view rooms. Staff is very gentle and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.... More

    This Hotel is situated 5-8 mins walking distance from The Ridge. View from the corridor is very nice. Service and staff of this hotel is also very nice.They provide heaters and blowers also but on extra charge. Overall it was a nice stay, I will recommend this place.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
