    I just checked in by 0930 pm and the experience from the beginning till this time its really unexpected and very horrible I must say 1. Asked for dental kit, but receptionist said its chargeable 2. No management in restaurant, where we waited for 15 min and called someone to come and take order for dinner, but no one came and then I ordered food online 3. There are so much mosquito in room , but hotel do not have any facility of all out or any mosquito killer 4. Asked for milk for my son, but no response And did not provided 5. Fungus in cattel , which is very dirty, pictures attached .. 6. No communication in between staff 7. Room walls full with seepage , which is unhealthy... More

    Visited Bar last evening, Service was quick , we were approx 5-7 guys in whole bar. There was no feel of lounge but ok for BAR. I have been opted for a beer package with veg starter. Beer was perfect with good quality glasses but paneer was raw and seems duplicate as taste was very poor. Also restaurant should serve starter in a starter plate not in meal plate as it get cold quickly.... More

    Having to buy ice

    The thing I remember most is the non stop noise from the traffic. I was not impressed that you have to pay for ice. The fridge in the room did not work very well. I had a huge room with a lounge area with TV, the bedroom with a king size bed and another tv but they only had Indian stations, and the bathroom. The lift was out for several hours and I was taken through the tradesman entrance to the 6th, floor room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I even got a call after returning home to see if I got back OK.... More

    Had a standard room so no expectations of frills. A pleasant stay apart from second night when a family had argument in room opposite with door open. I was quite angry but it wasn't hotels fault -just one of those things. House keeper excellent - I was cold as weather at night quite cold + they brought me a fan heater and although it wasn't very effective they did try their best. Room clean - maybe a little tired but roomy and comfortable bed. Lovely hot water /shower. I ate in restaurant and service was very good. I did wish they wouldn't hover all the time waiting to serve me! Plentiful good food. Word to warning - even doorman expects small tip. Getting used to tipping in India is a minefield... More

    We were stayed here this December with a group. Complete value for money. The service was excellent. As part of a group we made several requests from the hotel and they obliged each one of them! Very thankful to their entire team, looking forward to our visit next time.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
