Need many improvement

I went to New Delhi for a business trip in Dec 2017. On Oyo I checked photographs and selected the hotel, it was not as shown in the photographs. Very old furniture, WiFi was not working, poor room service, not clean, they deliver food for 2 pax 60 mins after ordering. Not meaningful to stay.
An OK hotel for a 2 day stay, marred by poor customer service.

On arrival, our large group, of 37 , were unable to check-in, due to rooms not being ready for another 3 hours,, no plastic room cards being available, and the computer system being down! Reception staff, mainly male, were totally useless, and just pointed us towards an open bar/cafe area to wait, with out cases, til they were ready. No complimentary drinks were offered, yet they were aware we had all been travelling for over 12 hours, and they must have known we were coming!! 2 hours later a young lady from client services seemed to take charge and started to give out our room cards. The rooms were fine, once we had checked in.the walkin showers are nice. The food was just ok, both breakfast and dinner are self service. The hotel could do with a make over. On leaving, when all the group had made an effort to be up and ready early, and had paid their bills the night before, .. the reception staff stopped the coach at the gate, having "found" a couple of unpaid bar bills .. they said.. they kept us waiting nearly an hour, while it eas sorted... The bills had been paid! Never again. Give this one a miss.
Pathetic place to stay!

I was in Delhi for 1 night while transit and wanted to stay close to Karol Bagh. I booked this hotel looking at the proximity to the main Karol Bagh market. And that is the only plus point it has, else everything is better to forget!
Firstly, I booked room for 3 people and the owner tried to gave me a sub-standard small, double-bed room. I asked him that I have booked for 3 people and showed him photographs of the room because the room given to me completely different, small and poor. When I protested then he asked his staff to show me the other room which was similar to the actual photograph on website. Actually, he was trying to be over smart and giving me sub standard room while charging for superior room.
Next, linen in the room were not clean and no toiletries were provided until I called and asked for that. Bed sheet and quilts had stains on them.
Breakfast was also tasteless and below standard.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life and would not recommend to anyone!
Families stay away..Poor reception staff with pathetic facilities..

This hotel was booked by our shaggy tour operator,Tracking the hotel is a night mare and very inside of the street.When we checked in this hotel it seems he did not informed about less than 5 years kids.He has given a room which is very old type with noisy window third class AC.The TV itself not working and no Power outlet for charging.The Washrooms are Pathetic and no proper wash basin or screens and completely maintained like a Hostel.
The Morning breakfast was pathetic and when we checked out. He said you have two kids and upgraded to family room which costs you additional and driver charges extra.
I said to them in any of the hotels, the kids less than 5 yrs are complementary.Finally he did not accepted and we paid what ever amount and left the hotel.
The Hotel Manager/owner realized and keep on calling us to return back that additional money charged.Realization is fine but mistake is mistake.
Please stay away from this hotel if you are going to stay with your families.This Hotel is not for the Families.
Suitable for families.

It is a nice hotel with friendly and polite staff and reasonable pricing. very suitable for families. There are many resaturrants nearby and its in the market. the management helps to organise sightseeing tours and is very well connected to tour guides
