    a bonus was that we had hot water. rooms were cleanish.. 2 of the 4 rooms we had had dirty bed sheets. hotel staff were ok but restaurant guys were very rude....they just didn't want to serve us or explain why.... More

    Hotel Welcome is situated on M I Road, Jaipur a furlong away from the world famous Raj Mandir Theatre. The hotel has three floors and each floor has well appointed rooms. They also have a lift in hotel which is unusual in such small budget hotels. Room tariffs are pocket friendly. The service is very good. The roof top restaurant serves good food. We had one of the best Tea in this hotel which refreshed all our three mornings, The Hotel Manager is very enthusiast and takes every care to comfort of all travellers and they gives you proper advise if you want to visit or shop around.     This is a decent hotel for a middle class family which is in pocket and very nice facilities. Rooms are of decent size with fine house keeping facilities. Though food was not really good, but its ok coz we generally do not eat in hotels we stay on holidays. I recommend this Hotel to all my frnds who seek to travel to Jaipur for a holiday.... More

    Stayed here for a couple of nights. Rooms were clean. While the accomodation is not an issue if you get your own vehicle, parking might be an issue as it is located in a very busy locality. There is a parking space in front of the hotel but its probably not a reserved area. Do confirm from the hotel regarding this.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
