mixed experience here at this hotel. The room was good but it is so conjusted. tHEIR FOOD WAS ALSO NOT UP TO THE mark. Tv and internet good working condition but the speed is slow. Staffs are friendly.
How horrible a hotel can be

Perfect example of how horrible tour stay can be.
1. Lift gets stuck time and again and the only thing they say it might be overloaded. How can the lift be overloaded with 1 person weighing 70kgs?
2. The bathroom wall was transparent with a shutter so if you sit on the seat, your legs are visible from the room. Pathetic!
3. They didn't have milk in the night when the child needed it. They asked to use diary sachets in the room. When asked in the morning they said 'dudh fatt Gaya Hai, pls use sachets'. I walked the road across and purchased the milk. Is this the kind of customer service you come to a hotel.
4. 25 sockets in the room with no idea of what is for what. Go figure it out yourself.
5. Breakfast options-limited.
Even a 1star hotel would have served way better than them. Don't don't go for it .
Not a friendly place

I had booked room through an online site. Upon arrival the manager/receptionist started cribbing that we have a star rating and why do these online people sell our rooms for such a low price and all kind of people come and stay here because of them. I ignored as it was too late. However upon checking in the room, tha fan wasnt working.
Overall can be avoided!!!

We would not come back to this hotel - that is for sure. The service is almost non-existent. We had to ask several times for toilet paper and the room was never cleaned during our three-night stay even though we asked for it. The staff called us every morning for random reasons: "do you have any request?", "taxi is there" (which we did not ask for), "talk to room 304" (???). The wifi is poor and would not work in our room.
All in all: not recommendable

Where to start with this place.. The list of problems with this hotel is endless...
Unnecessary phonecalls from reception: Every morning we would receive annoying phonecalls telling us that taxis (which weren't for us) had arrived, that breakfast was closing in 90 minutes, asking us to ring a different room for no apparent reason or simply asking "whether we had any requests".
Bathroom: The rubbish basket was never emptied, despite our explicit request for it to be emptied at least once during our 3 night stay. Toilet roll was in short supply and had to be requested at the reception. We never had any towels at all. The shower is not well thought out either, with the bathroom flooding easily.
Room: Lose electric sockets. Thousands of buttons which are hard to allocate to the different lights, fan and AC. Some rubbish below the bed.
Around the hotel: For the entirity of our stay, there were dirty sheets and a bucket of dirty water on the staircase. Aside from cables hanging from the ceiling, there were sometimes also dirty dishes and half empty soda bottles on the corridors. Wifi connectivity was incredibly poor and only worked reliably in the breakfast area.
Breakfast: In comparison to everything else in this hotel and other accommodation in Delhi this was absolutely fine.
All these things seem incredibly easy to avoid and thus all the more aggrevating for guests. With a few exceptions, this seems like something that well trained staff could solve. As it is right now, I certainly would not recommend this place at all.
