    It is an ok hotel... room was nice and clean. The area is not so nice.. very bad street. The thing that I couldn't handle was seeing a rat run under my table to the buffet table at breakfast!! It could use a little more cleaning specially in the restaurant.... More

    The room is correct except for the moist in the shower. They do not take the time to clean up so the forniture is dusty. If you are 3 people they give you a place for 2 and additional unconfortable small bed. Neighborhood is correct. Market only 1.5 km far. If you don't have indian mobile then no Internet available for you. They do know that but they do not care. ... More

    I found this hotel to be disgusting. We stayed on room 101, very dirty. Smell of smoke. After the first flush the toilet stop working until about an hour later. There were roaches on the floor. There is no toilet paper. The bath shower spilled all over the place. When we used a bucket to have a bathe, the drainage is very poor. There is stagnant water all over the floor. Mold build up could be seen on every corner of the bathroom. HIGHLY NOT recommended. No WIFI for foreigners.... More

    By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Couldn't sleep for 2nights because of the noise from the staff. The internet didn't work properly and the bathroom...well, I had to fill up a bucket with water and shower like in 18th century. Terrible! Stay away from this place... More

This 3Star property at Karol Bagh is maintained with 12 super deluxe rooms. Guests are served with Indian, Chinese and South Indian cuisines at the Indian Restaurant, which is open for service between 7a.m till 11p.m. The place is maintained with a travel counter for travel assistance and free parking zone for parking private vehicles.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
